The issue in GetHuman-reenada's own words
Hi there, I called to customer care yesterday about transfering my old number that was with Tmobile to H** wireless. Representative who was helping me told me he wont be able to do so as i have already activated the sim card with some different number.Number of that new h** sim was **********. So he told me i will have to purchase one more sim card and instead of activating it i will have to choose option for transfering sim. Does that even make sense i already spended my money activating one sim and he want me to buy one more and activated it. I asked him so what am i suppose to do with the sim that has been activated he started explaining plans on the sim i have. I was already irritated with the explanation i can study well and i knew what that plan had i was asking for solution. That was very dissapointing. so instead of arguing with him. I had a spare sim card that no activated had not been recharged i gave him ** digits of that sim card. I gave all of my previous sim card information My old number with t mobile is **********. Now the problem is sim has not been activated yet nor has been transferred. What do i do? Is there any way i can transfer my old number to the sim that has already been activated so that i don't have to waste my money ?
