On December **,****, at approximately **:** pm, I won a bid for a Kimber CDP II compact ** from a Mr Phillip Baker of Indiana who is listed as a top *** seller on Gin Broker. His sight acknowledged the bid and purchase and showed a tracking number with two day shipping. I had my FFL from Shooters Bench send their respective FFL promptly on ***** as well. On ***** I contacted Mr Phillip and inquired if gun had been shipped. He said the two day shipping referred to once it was shipped. He also stated that Christmas could delay things. Consequently, I check again on ********** with the provided tracking and still showed that a printing label was done but no shipping. I emailed Mr Baker and inquired as to why as of late afternoon on ******** there was still no shipping info. I received an email from him in that the gun was picked up and on the way. However, still no tracking number which he said had happened before. As of today, ********, I still see no tracking and emailed him again with a response that everything he shipped on ******** is still showing pre shipment label. This may be the case but is concerning that a tracking number he provided with a supposed two day shipping is still not showing a current destination nor an estimated arrival date. *This is my first time doing business on Find Broker and purchase from two different people this past week.
