I am having trouble logging into my account under the name Gerald P Bedard. When I try to log in, it tells me that my account has been suspended. I am unsure why this has happened. It seems to be related to a situation from about a year ago when Gunbroker notified me that my account had been compromised. Europtics contacted me about an item I was alleged to have purchased but did not complete the transaction, leading them to leave negative feedback. After clarifying the situation, Europtics agreed to retract the negative feedback. Gunbroker assured me they had resolved the issue with Europtics and that all negative feedback would be removed from my account. Could this recent suspension be connected to that unresolved past incident? I would appreciate any information or assistance on this matter. Thank you.

Several of our item listings have expired after the 90-day limit. I have gone through your documentation regarding relisting and the fact that we could incur additional charges for "optional fees" upon relisting items after 90 days. While we do not utilize any "optional fees," I have noticed that we are getting charged an "Insertion fees for relist of item" amounting to $0.50 for every relisted item, even if I use the multiple relist feature without any edits. This situation leads to a "Short Term" listing of 3 days and then it expires once more. I am unsure why we are being charged the $0.50 fee as I did not come across information about this kind of charge in your updated relisting parameters. It is challenging for us to repeatedly pay $0.50 every few days to relist items like gun parts, magazines, and ammo priced at $2, $5, $10, $15, $20, or $45, especially when these items might not have high demand until a buyer specifically needs them. This approach is becoming cost-prohibitive for us. I am still trying to find a way to relist items BEFORE the 90-day limit. If there is indeed a method to relist items before the 90 days, I am uncertain whether we will also be subject to the $0.50 "Insertion fees for relist of item." The recent invoice from 6/5/[redacted] detailed the issue we are facing. With over [redacted] expired items, relisting them all does not seem feasible, especially with the current "Short Term" listing situation. The new guidelines are adversely affecting our profitability and impacting our ability to effectively sell items, notably gun parts, on GunBroker.

I am encountering issues trying to purchase a CZ item on GunBroker.com. Despite entering my username and password, I keep receiving the same screen. This hassle is dissuading me from using GunBroker.com. Thank you, Ron

I was the highest bidder on a Browning BAR Rifle, item #[redacted]21, listed on GUNBROKER as in LIKE NEW CONDITION. My winning bid was $1,[redacted]. I then sent a Wells Fargo cashier's check for $1,[redacted], covering shipping, to Ron Van Dyke at RP Shooting Sports in Joliet, Illinois. However, upon receiving the rifle, I found that it had a broken stock and scratches on the receiver. Despite contacting Mr. Dyke to inform him of the issues, he claimed the damage occurred in shipping and advised me to contact the shipper for insurance. I promptly returned the rifle to Mr. Dyke to not exceed the 3-day inspection window. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with Mr. Dyke and inform him of the return, there was no response. Eventually, the rifle was sent back to me by USPS as Mr. Dyke had refused the delivery. I have reached out to GUNBROKER with photo evidence of the damage and am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund of $1,[redacted] and returning the rifle to Mr. Dyke. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, R. Frost.

There is a seller, nicholsoutfitter, who is allegedly engaging in a bait-and-switch tactic by listing items they do not have in stock. I came across a specific item, [redacted]96, priced $[redacted] below retail with a buy now option, but after inquiring, I was informed they had already sold it and then saw it relisted on the same day. Checking their reviews, I noticed several accusations of similar behavior recently with the excuse of new employees causing the issue repeatedly. This raises concerns about the seller's honesty and reliability. It appears their practices have been reported multiple times, suggesting a pattern of behavior. I plan to report this to the ATF for further investigation.

I'm perplexed by the ongoing operation of this site. Despite following the proper procedures like myself, progress seems unattainable. I intended to bid on two items, but they are no longer available even though I registered weeks ago. When I tried the buy it now option, I was prompted to submit two forms of ID via csfax, which I promptly did. Despite sending multiple messages with no replies, my situation remained unresolved. Even GetHuman couldn't help. Today, I received an email from GunBroker citing inactivity as the reason for their lack of action, despite me waiting for approval after submitting my IDs. It appears they are quite disorganized. Many others seem to face similar issues based on various posts I've read. It seems like they don’t value potential customers like me who have contributed to their success. I hope this matter can be rectified, or at least have my identification removed from their system. Although hesitant, I'm giving this one final try. Appreciate your efforts so far.

I am still experiencing issues with the system. I am unable to input a reserve price as instructed in the tutorial. I have submitted a request ([redacted]) for assistance but have not received a response yet. I would appreciate a prompt reply as I need to list more items. Here are the details for the listing: I should be able to enter the reserve price, starting bid, and buy now price, but the system is not allowing it. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to purchase a gun, but encountered issues with the credit card form not appearing on two different seller's websites. I was later contacted by a different seller claiming I had bought two guns when I only intended to buy one. I promptly paid one seller but explained the situation to the other. Unfortunately, he became angry and threatened to have me removed from the platform. I am a loyal customer who genuinely enjoys using your website but made an error using it for the first time. I ask for a warning and the chance to continue shopping without repercussions. Thank you.

I've been trying to create an account with your company for years, but it seems that there are multiple accounts already associated with my name. I've never successfully registered and would appreciate if you could assist me in sorting this out. I have always been a law-abiding US citizen and a member of the NRA. I have been a long-time customer of Gunbroker.com. Last Sunday, I won an auction for a Kahr P9 Gunbroker #[redacted]00 from TopGun223 Allen Harding. The seller claimed the gun was in excellent condition, having only shot [redacted] rounds, and provided pictures of the gun's exterior. Upon receiving the Kahr from Public Gun of Hollywood, FL, I discovered issues. I took it to a professional gunsmith, Gunocologhst, Inc. in Davie, FL, who found that the gun had been overpolished with a dremel. The support ramp was thinned out, and there were concerns about potential safety hazards due to the overpolishing. Pieces of polymer inside the feed ramp were shaved off, and the barrel showed signs of damage. The gunsmith will test the Kahr at the range to assess any further issues. I have not contacted the seller yet, but I'm concerned about the safety and the misrepresented condition of the gun. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and preventing any financial loss. Thank you, Davetheone.

I bought the H&R .22 mag mod [redacted] revolver on Gunbroker from a seller named Donald Hawley in Monroe, NC. The seller told me on 09/04/18 that he received my payment, but the USPS money order had the wrong first name. I asked him to try to cash it, and if not, to send it back so I could replace it quickly. However, I haven't heard from him since. I checked with my local FFL, and they haven't received the firearm. I know the seller is not an FFL, and I provided a copy of my FFL with the money order. I can't find a working phone number for the seller to contact him. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I may have to involve the USPS Inspector, Monroe County Sheriff's office. I'd appreciate any assistance to resolve this matter without legal action. I am currently the highest bidder on item [redacted]26 at $[redacted].00. I mistakenly entered $[redacted].00 as my highest bid before realizing the Pistol was chambered in .45 GAP instead of .45 ACP. I would like to retract my high limit bid of $[redacted].00 and only pay the $[redacted].00 opening bid. I have a good track record on Gun Broker and want to avoid being labeled as a non-payer, which would impact my credibility as a buyer. I do not wish to purchase the 45 GAP Glock at a higher price. I recently won an auction for a Beretta Px4 pistol advertised as a C type, but upon receiving the serial number after winning the bid, I discovered it is actually a D Type. Despite my inquiries prior to bidding, the seller claimed they were unable to obtain the serial number information from Beretta. Feeling misled as the seller had access to this information, I am disappointed with the situation. The seller mentioned canceling the order. This experience has left me uncertain about the bidding system, especially as a first-time bidder. Despite the seller's friendly demeanor, I suspect they may have overlooked the difference between a C and a D type. I was ready to proceed with my bid until this discrepancy came to light, making it a less-than-ideal first experience for me.

The seller described only charging IL tax in the main section but mentioned CA tax at the bottom of the cover page, which I overlooked. As a long-time GunBroker customer, I have always followed the rules and never breached any agreements. I was unaware that an out-of-state seller could charge CA tax, which I find unfair and misleading to customers like me from CA. I want to avoid being taxed twice. On November 4, [redacted], I bought a CZ USA 75 9mm from DL Supplies. I shared my credit card details via email and phone, as required outside of GunBroker's system. Despite paying for expedited shipping, delays occurred. I was assured it would ship out on different dates, each time with promises unfulfilled. The tracking number provided was invalid. Eventually, after multiple calls and confusion, the gun arrived late on November 13, disrupting my plans. The promise of an extra magazine was not fulfilled, causing frustration. The owner, Mike Syslo, made claims he did not honor, leading to disappointment and inconvenience. After a chain of misinformation and unmet commitments, I am requesting the extra magazine promised and a refund for the expedited shipping fee paid.

I bought a Garand M1 on 11-10-[redacted] from gunbroker, order [redacted]. The dealer assured me it was in great shape, but it turns out the receiver is welded with parts from SA [redacted] and HRA [redacted]. Although the weld is hidden, it could potentially break. Ron Manning initially refused a return and his son even threatened me. After involving the police, Manning agreed to the return. However, now he wants me to cover the shipping costs upfront before refunding me. I requested him to credit my account before I ship it back, but he's now ignoring my emails. I reached out for advice and assistance with this situation.
