To whom it may concern,**First let me say I’ve been a loyal GC customers for *** years. I’ve purchased over ** guitars from your store and many other items. I recently purchased a G&L ASAT guitar that was delivered to my home. Unfortunately it was damaged and I returned it to store * * in May’s Lansing, NJ. At the store instead of giving me a refund to my gear card they decided to give me a store credit to purchase another of the same guitar. When I received the *nd guitar there was something wrong with the neck so I returned that one also. I subsequently gave up on that model and wanted to order something else but, because it was purchased on a store credit they wouldn’t refund my gear card to make a new purchase. What followed was absolutely ridiculous. I spent * days, numerous phone calls and visits to the store to rectify the situation. I was also forced to make a payment on my gear card bc of my due date on something I did not own!!! Absolutely bizarre. Not to mention that I live over and hour away from the store and spent gas tolls not mention hours of my time dealing with incompetent people creating a stressful and disturbing situation for * days. I was finally able to rectify the situation through calling customer service and a helpful gentlemen named David at extension **** saw to it to end my stressful situation. I’d just like to say I’d expect better from GC since I’ve been a long time customer who has probably spent over ***k over the years at your store. I think I should be refunded the Gear Card payment I had to pay for something I did not own as well ias my gas & tolls traveling back and forth to the store.**Sincerely,*Carl Todaro
