This faucet was purchased from Lowe's Home Improvement on May **, **** (see attached receipt) and installed the same day (see attached picture) by licensed plumber. The handle of this faucet recently became disattached from the faucet, therefore it's not functioning. In the Grohe faucet box was your contact information and a sheet stating Limited Lifetime Warranty. A faucet as nice and as expensive as this one should not have had the handle come off five months after installation. I am very disappointed because I loved the look in my master bathroom. The faucet has not been abused, and there are no children in the home who could have damaged it. I expect to be reimbursed for the expense of this faucet.
