The return policy for Grohe America Inc. products allows customers to return unused and uninstalled items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, customers need to contact Grohe America Inc. customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Grohe America Inc. error. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
