On Wed. July **, ****, I, Tameka Allen ordered a greyhound bus that was scheduled to leave at *:**am on this day.. We are still at the station as I type this complaint... As requested by Greyhound to arrive **-** mins peior to departure I did as instucted*.. Upon waitn to board bus at *:** I asked the maintenance(janitor)*luggage guy what's goin on with the bus not leaving on time, his reply" I dont know, u can go ask her" very very rude.. I attemp to go out and ask the driver, she becked her hand for me to stay back.. As Im waitn to ask her whats the wait security comes to tell me I have to gonin the buliding and wait, still no answer as to why this bus is running late.. Im making rhis complaint because this is the third time I have encountered nasty attitudes from your employess at this particular station.. This last guys name was Melvin or something.. I know he works a third shift.. Its not acceptable to the customers who utilize these buses to receive such harsh attitudes from your employees...
