On March *th **** I caught a bus**** at The Detroit MI Greyhound bus station.To Chicago then catch bus route ****. To St Louis *hour wait ***pm didn't get on bus til **pm. Was to arrive in Las Vegas NV at.***pm. well as I type . Greyhound had to fly in a driver. We got to St Louis. Our bus was supposed to leave at ***pm that evening. Well the bus didn't leave until **pm. The driver that they flew in was a beginner has not been on the job for only *months. The driver got us Lost. Ok finally she found our way. Ok now The plan for her was to drive until another driver come in. Well guess what. The driver never came in. Now we are all seating here waiting on another driver we have been sitting at McDonald's in Salina Ks for * hours still no bus driver. I paid cash for my trip a round trip ticket. And this is my second time experience this problem with Greyhound bus. It upsets me. I have taken off work to enjoy myself on a trip. I have spent more money than what I had planned.also the hotel I was planning too book I can't because if I am late that's and extra charge. So how to fix this is refund my money back and get your driver together. It's sad I'm very unhappy as I'm trying. My confirmation number is ********** and ********** I spent$***.** for this tickets.
