Greyhound lost my bag and it is nowhere to be found.

Get home with the bag i assumed would be put on the bus. ... I took a greyhound bus from Philadelphia, PA to Pittsburgh, PA for my first time (I usually take the Megabus). I was a little lost when I got in the Filbert street station and asked a few employees for assistance on what to do and where to go. They told me my bus was delayed so I waited for it to arrive. When it finally did, I got in line to get on the bus and sat my duffle bag down with the other passengers’ baggage. When I arrived at my stop in Pittsburgh around * am, my bag was not on the bus. I was told that because I did not get my bag checked that it was most likely in the last place that bags were taken off, Hershey, PA. I called that morning when the Hershey stop opened and was told that they also did not have my bag and it was probably still at the Philadelphia station because they didn’t put it on the bus in the first place. I called Philadelphia multiple times with no answer for a few days straight. When I finally got ahold of someone i was told they also did not have my bag. I can give you every detail of that bag and the contents inside of it but it was never checked.

No one will answer my calls or tell me who i can get into contact with to retrieve my bag.
