The issue in GetHuman757583's own words
I am a disabled very good customer of Greyhound. I use your services at least * times a month. I travel back and forth between Glendale AZ and either Tulsa OK or Joplin MO. I just recently decided to become a rewards member. I have a trip scheduled for June **th from Glendale AZ. I am a heart patient and have a defibulator implanted in my heart. I recently got a service dog that alerts someone if the defibulator should go off. On April *th I took her her first bus ride to Joplin MO from Glendale. She is very well trained, registered, has all her certification and vest along with picture ID. Before the ticket agent behind the desk would even give me my ticket that was at will call she started as lo g what was wrong g with me and what the dog does. Wanted to see all her paperwp to even tho Mimi had her vest on with you are not allowed to do but I complied. The trip went fine no problems until we changed drivers in Tulsa to go to Joplin. I had gotten off the bus to walk Mimi and when I went to seaboard the new driver started raising her voice asking me if I really was going to bring that dog on the bus. I said yes then she told me I had to sit with the dog in the very back of the bus which I had done the whole trip being her first trip she was a little nervous. Then after everyone was seated the driver walked to the back of the bus to make sure where I was and again raising her voice told me not to let that dog as she kept referring to her up on the seat because peep are allergic to dogs. First of all these people rode with Mimi all the way and never was there a complaint. In fa t they all loved her and we're taking pictures of her. Your Greyhound employees broke so many ADA laws on that one trip it's ridiculous. I didn't report it because I thought it was an isolated case. Well on June *th I left from Tulsa OK to go back to Glendale AZ. I didn't Bri g Mimi this time because she is in training for a few days fine tuning some of her skills. My bus left Tulsa at *pm and was to arrive in Glendale at *pm on Tues.the *th. The bus was very late arrival g in Glendale due to an accident outside of town which of course is nobody's fault but didn't arrive in Glendale until around *:**pm. The same ticket agent who had given me a hard time on the trip to Joplin was coming out the station door and locking it. I asked her if I could use the restroom and she scolded me like a little kid and told me I should of used the bathroom on the bus and she was not opening the door and no I couldn't use the restroom. I have never been treated so poorly by one Corp. So many times in m life and now your employees are breaking laws and it must be ok because they don't think twice about doing it* along with embarrassing good customers. There was no other restroom to use unless you were a customer of the restaurant next door. So because I had to call and wait for a cab I had to go spend more money at the restaurant so I could use their restroom. I am a law abiding citizen. I've never been arrested or even ha e a misdemeanor and I am be I g treated by your I'll trained employees like I am not respected or valued as a customer.*I have reported this to the ADA and Social Security Disability. I am not a complainer but this is too much. I am scheduled to leave Glendale on June **th on the **:**am bus to Joplin MO. I literally am afraid to go back to the Glendale station for fear what this woman will pull next. If this is not resolved by that date I am calling the local news channels to go with me and see if they can get some answered. Please contact me ASAP so I knows how to proceed.
