I have a turbo prepaid card and I lost my card last week.I got a new card sent to me today and when I went to active it I learn that it is blocked and I have to verify who I am by sending greendot a picture of my id which would have been fine had I know last week when I called to get a new card that I would have to do this ! Now my paycheck is set to be put on my card Wednesday afternoon and it will not be able to be deposited until my ID is verified which can take * business days or longer if they don’t accept the picture of my ID .I also can not access the money I had put back in my vault on my previous card until this issue is resolved.I’m very upset about the customer service I have received so far through turbo tax prepaid service and turbo tax in general I hope that some one can on your end can help resolve this issue .
