I purchased a gold hard reloadable card and put $** on it I called the number on the front to activated the card. Once the card was activated .. monthly payments have started. I called green dot wanting to know when are my monthly payments due and how much. in order for that question to be answered i had put the greendot card number (****************) in once I did that greendot automatic representative said this card can not be used anymore and it has a negative $* balance on the card. I want to know how -* is on the card when there was only $** on the card and I spent That $** so it should be $* balance. Also if it's saying I can't use the card again will the monthly payments still exist? Also do green dot have any of my personal info like my name card number social sercurity number etc.? Thank you.
