Please be advised that effective immediately, I am canceling my service with GreatCall. Although the service has been good, I rarely use my phone. Sometimes I forget I even have it, which means I don't need it. I have continued to pay the bill regularly, but being a senior citizen on a fixed income, I need to cut back on my finances, especially on things I never use. Thank you.
