Phone has No Sim card, no service since Feb **th. Paid monthly bill auto pay never miss payment. Maybe GC wants me to upgrade since I had this service for * year. I did upgrade but can not use my phone for * weeks because it will take them * weeks to mail my new phone. What a pain and punishment you get when you are a good GC customer. Please GC send my phone UPS or FedExp to expedite the mailing. Should get a credit for the days that my phone was not working. Instead of sending me a notice that they want me upgrade, they just yank the service and still be charge for it. What a great service! Thanks a lot.
