I tried to upgrade to a business account for **usd per month. You have overcharged me massively by charging me £***.** which I would like returned immediately. It’s not acceptable taking such a high amount from a customer with out there consent. I’m hugely disappointed in this service from your company and more so the lack of being able to contact and resolve issues this important quickly and efficiently. Your high charge with out my knowledge is now leaving me in a very difficult situation. Please resolve this Immediately. You advertise **** hour support on your site so I have no idea why no one is available to support me. I regard this as false advertising and very misleading.

GetHuman-leahbird did not yet indicate what Grammarly should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-leahbird fixed the problem
They offered me a refund as an exception due to the pricing not being made clear on upgrading to a business account. I* suggested they made pricing clearer.
