I purchased my Chromebook back in November, and this morning I noticed that the cursor was missing. I have searched online for a solution, followed instructions to reset all settings, and tried various troubleshooting steps like pressing esc seven times and drumming my fingers on the keyboard before powering off the laptop, but nothing has helped. I have noticed that others are experiencing the same issue too. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I would like to share an incident that occurred recently. I was attempting to sell my PUBG account that was associated with this specific account. A person from Egypt expressed interest in purchasing it. He requested access to my account, promising payment upon receipt. I provided the account details, only for him to change all the information after a few days without sending the agreed-upon money. Realizing this, I reclaimed my Gmail account, which was previously linked to [redacted] I also enabled two-step verification with [redacted] and +[redacted][redacted] for added security. The buyer claimed a payment failure due to technical issues and assured me of sending the money in the next instance. Trusting him, I handed over the account again, intending to recover it if needed. Unfortunately, he betrayed my trust, took full control of the account, and admitted to scamming me. I have evidence supporting my ownership of the account. Due to the scammer's actions, I have lost access to my own account and urgently need assistance in recovering it as I am currently locked out.

I would like to share what happened recently regarding my PUBG account. I was attempting to sell my account and a buyer from Egypt showed interest. After providing access to the account with the promise of payment upon receipt, the buyer changed all the details once in possession. Despite promises of payment, none was received, prompting me to recover my Gmail account. I previously regained access to [redacted] and set up 2-step verification using [redacted] and +[redacted][redacted]. Subsequently, the buyer claimed payment had failed due to technical issues and requested another chance. Reluctantly, I granted access again, only to have the buyer lock me out by changing details and setting up 2-step verification using their own information. The buyer admitted to scamming me and now has control over the account. Despite my error in trusting the buyer, I have evidence proving the account's ownership. I urgently seek assistance in reclaiming my account, as the current situation has left me without access.

I selected two-step verification for using the library computer, but I forgot to include the +1 code for my verification. I used to receive the correct verification codes before, but recently, requests without the +1 code have not been sent to me. Can this issue be fixed? My phone numbers are +1 [redacted] and +1 [redacted], with the first number being the one I use when I'm not at home. I frequently use the library computer and I would appreciate it if you could correct this mistake for me.

I recently received a notification about a possible account suspension due to not being able to provide verification codes. I have not received any updates since. I frequently use the library facility and have been a Google user for years, initially in the UK and later in Canada starting from [redacted]. I have mostly used the same password, with just a change in the three-digit number. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you, Margaret Johnston.

I have noticed that £5.45 has been deducted from my account weekly for the past two months. Today, an additional £7.99 was taken without my permission. This situation concerns me greatly as these charges have also led to overdraft fees from my bank. I request a refund as I did not authorize these transactions. Please reach out to me promptly. I am currently utilizing an iMac with the latest update, Catalina. I have noticed that my screen flickers while watching videos on platforms like YouTube and Netflix. Following a discussion with an Apple senior advisor, malware was eliminated, safe boot was performed, and a test user was created. The problem only arises in Chrome, not in Safari, indicating it is likely a Chrome-specific issue. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter.

I'm experiencing issues with Chrome on my Mac. The text is cut off at the top, making it difficult to read. When I try to click on something, it disappears, and the entire page flashes rapidly. I'm unable to log in to my Gmail account. This problem seems to have started after a power outage yesterday. Although other browsers work fine, I prefer Chrome. My internet provider confirmed that the issue is not related to my internet connection.

I am struggling to access my email accounts after my old phone broke and was sent for repair. Even though I purchased a new iPhone, Google is not recognizing my new device, making it difficult to sign in. I am trying to recover access to the following emails, all of which belong to me. The two-step verification process is causing issues, denying me access even when I input the correct password. Despite verifying my phone number, I am still being denied access. Google is even changing my saved passwords, leading me to believe someone may have hacked my account. The system keeps asking me to verify my identity, which is frustrating. I am unable to use the fingerprint sign-in feature, forcing me to remember passwords I do not have readily available. I need to resolve this issue urgently as my phone has been returned after repair, although I am unable to use it fully yet.

I noticed several unauthorized charges on my bank statement from Google for YouTube Premium and Google Red under my email [redacted] Despite reaching out to Google multiple times, the responses only hint at potential suspicious activity on my account without addressing the issue of refunds. I supplied details of the transactions, but after over three weeks, I have not received any concrete answers or refunds, as promised within 7 days.

I am currently facing issues with ID theft and have changed phone companies. Unfortunately, my two crucial email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], have been hacked, and I cannot regain access to them. The suspicious activity indicates that my phone is located in Passaic, New Jersey, Kansas, or Dallas, Texas. I suspect a person named Rick Townsend, with the email [redacted] or possibly hotmail.com, may be involved. Due to these security concerns, I am unable to receive proper recovery codes or verify my accounts. My primary contact number is [redacted]. I reside in Jones, OK, my birthdate is 07/23/[redacted], and I urgently need assistance to regain access to my business accounts that have been compromised for nearly two weeks.

I recently discovered an issue with my Google account. When I use my Hotmail email to log in, it displays a Gmail account I never set up. Strangely, when I log into YouTube through Facebook, it shows my correct Hotmail account, but switching to the email login reveals the unauthorized Gmail account. I suspect my account has been compromised, leading to the creation of this mysterious alternate login.

Hello, happy new year! I have a Google Home that has been stored away for over a year because I couldn't set it up properly. I now have a Google Nest Mini and would like to learn how to set them up correctly. I am interested in getting additional devices like the hub and smart switches to create a smart home setup, but it seems like a distant dream as I have given up on it! I tried following the voice instructions from Google Home but still couldn't get it set up properly. I am having trouble linking it to my iPhone or iPad. While it plays Spotify, I am unsure if it is a built-in feature on the Google device. I am unable to link contacts, make phone calls, open apps, or search the internet. I am uncertain about its capabilities but would like to explore them if I can receive the right assistance in setting them up. I have sought help from family and friends, but no one seems to know how to set it up properly or are not utilizing its full potential.

I am having trouble logging into my Google account on my device despite trying various troubleshooting steps like removing the account, clearing cache, and reinstalling the app. Currently, I can only access one account on Chrome, while two accounts have disappeared, and I cannot log back in. My suspicion is that my ex might be using Google developer options and other means to access my device. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
