I recently realized that I am missing Notes on my iPhone. The issue arose while I was shopping online and prompted to check out with Gmail. Upon signing into Gmail, switching from AOL email, my notes vanished. I have reached out to Apple for assistance in troubleshooting this problem on my phone. The notes were not found in the cloud, and saving new notes on the phone did not reflect in Gmail. Apple suggested that Google might assist in recovering the Notes through a backup. I attempted to contact customer service, but unfortunately, the estimated wait time is 1.5 hours.

Hello, I am currently attempting to regain access to my Gmail account under the email [redacted] I have the recovery code, access to the cellphone associated with the account, and can answer the secret question. Despite providing all the necessary recovery information, the Gmail webpage keeps stating that it cannot verify my identity. We have 8 Google Home Minis and a Google Home Max. When I set a timer on one device, the other devices in the group are not linked to access the timer information. The devices are linked for music but not for timer information sharing. It would be helpful if all devices within the same group could access each other's timer information. Additionally, my first Google Home Mini, which I received from Verizon when purchasing the Pixel XL 2, always tries to respond first, even when I am closer to another device. I have multiple Google devices and would appreciate a more seamless experience with their functionality.

Someone stole my phone and made unauthorized charges on my Google Play account. I couldn't pay my phone bill and had to borrow money. I tried to dispute the charges as instructed, but they denied the unauthorized charges. I'm devastated as I had to skip Christmas due to this financial setback. It's frustrating that they suggested there were insufficient funds or that a family member made the charges. Google didn't investigate properly and overlooked my situation. I feel neglected and abandoned in this difficult time.

Is there a webpage where I can register my Google Home Mini? Is registration required like for a laptop? Anyhow, I'll hold onto my receipt for the warranty period. How can I determine if my model is 1st or 2nd gen? I recently purchased it from a tech store in the mall. Thanks for your assistance!

Sam did book a job with us; however, due to uncertainty about the move, we had to refund his payment and secure another job for our team. I have been trying to reset my password on litconsult.com for the past few weeks. I tried entering the Google verification number multiple times, but it did not work. As a newcomer to this technology, I have been struggling to resolve this issue. I believe speaking to a customer service representative could help me, but when I try to enter my email address online, Google states it is already in use. Yes, it is in use by me! I kindly request not to receive written instructions and urge for the opportunity to talk to a person directly. I am feeling frustrated by the lack of human interaction. Is Google too big to care about potential customers like me? Thank you.

I received an email from Google with two of my photos attached from my phone. This is disturbing to me, and I do not authorize access to my phone. I consider this an invasion of my privacy. I am requesting information on how you will prevent this from happening again. I will be sharing my experience to highlight this lack of judgment and violation of my privacy. I have been a long-time Gmail (Google) user, transitioning from WebTV to Google rather than Microsoft's Outlook. I created my account <[redacted]> without any security issues by regularly clearing cookies, history, and scanning for viruses. Recently, I mistakenly deleted my account while trying to remove a blue "sync" icon on the screen. Despite following recovery instructions, the system recognizes a newer account (CannMann) instead of my critical account, [redacted] I urgently need access to [redacted] as it contains important personal and business contacts. I have been continuously contacted for four days regarding my business information on Google. When I explain that I cannot afford to pay for a Google ad, the representatives hang up on me. This has occurred three times, and on the fourth call, I politely requested not to be disconnected. Despite stating my financial constraints, the representative insinuated that my customers would complain if I don't invest and ended the call. I am a small business trying to make ends meet, and being harassed by Google, especially during the holiday season, is unpleasant. Almost four months have passed since I was hacked, and I have been in contact with a Google representative named Steve regarding a refund of $5,[redacted]. I have been patiently waiting for almost three weeks, but I have not received any update from him. I was promised that the money would be overnighted to me last week, but now I am unable to reach anyone for assistance. This situation has caused me significant financial stress, and I am feeling frightened and lost.

My phone was stolen, and subsequent phones have been hacked, causing me to lose access to important business and sentimental emails, videos, and pictures from both my late husband and myself. I am trying to recover my original email accounts and any accounts created after they were hacked. I unfortunately had my devices stolen by my ex-wife and her friends. They modified my account information, and as a Google administrator, this has posed a significant issue for me. I do have access to the recovery email linked to the account, although I no longer have access to the associated mobile number. I have a new mobile device and urgently need to reset my password and ensure that all unauthorized devices are removed and blocked from my account, which is under the email address [redacted] I still have access to my Hotmail account but have lost access to my Gmail account, which is currently being used to access my funds, bitcoin, and even my Apple ID.

I've been attempting to obtain a refund for an unauthorized transaction since October. Unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory responses from the customer service team. Despite promises like "I have escalated your case to our specialist" and "My team will be in touch," I have not received any further communication. I have tried reaching out via Facebook and Instagram messages but to no avail. The customer service experience has been frustrating and unhelpful, offering no resolution to my issue.

I can still access the email linked to my account, but I can't remember my password. When I try to reset it, I'm directed to an account recovery process. Despite verifying with a secondary email, the response indicates that recovery is not possible currently. I simply need to reset the password to regain access to my account.

I need help accessing my Gmail account with the email [redacted] My iPhone 6s Plus was stolen, and I can't remember the password. I'm unable to reset it because I don't have access to my phone number or the device itself. I've tried various methods to recover the account without success.
