I canceled my subscription on the last day of the free trial (4/5th Aug) online with the help of my nephew. I couldn't find any phone support, so I want assistance as I realized £75 was unexpectedly taken from my account via direct debit. Now, I have only £2 left until my next pay day, and I'm worried about possible overdraft fees. I've uninstalled the £29.99 Norton Secure VPN and the £45.49 DUMPSTER apps. I recently had my mobile service blocked because of a high number of purchases made through Google Play. These purchases were made on the House of Fun app, which I did not make. I need a refund promptly and ask that the app developer block my account from further use on their platform or any other gaming sites. I am having trouble updating my country in the Play Store. I contacted a support agent yesterday and followed the recommended steps - changing my address, adding a new card for the new country, and making a purchase. Unfortunately, none of these actions have enabled me to switch my country successfully. In my account settings under preferences, I can see the "country and profiles" section indicating "United Kingdom" with a green checkmark. There is an option to switch to the Sweden Play Store, but it is currently inactive, and I am unable to select it.

I accidentally redeemed a gift card on my work account, and now I can't access the funds on the app I want to use due to a Google Play Services error. I'm concerned about losing the £50. There is an app called Deemo by Rayark available on the Google Play Store. Despite being described as offline-playable, I've faced an issue on Samsung Android devices. The problem occurs when trying to play offline without Wi-Fi - the Play Store can't verify my purchase, reverting the app to the trial version. This happens even though I've played on various devices over the years. It seems like a new anti-piracy measure, but it's frustrating as I travel frequently without Wi-Fi. If this continues, it might deter me from making future purchases on the platform as it affects my ability to access the content I've paid for.

Hello, on the 8th of August, my grandchildren visited me, and later on the 10th, I noticed a receipt in my Gmail for a $12.99 purchase that I didn't make. I asked my 7 and 4-year-old grandkids who admitted they accidentally made the purchase while trying to play a game. They mistook my account for a Google Play card I usually buy for them as gifts. I'm reaching out for assistance as these charges were unintentional, and I can't afford them as it will impact my bank account significantly. While I did see a partial refund of $1.99, the rest has not been refunded. I enjoy using Google Play services, but I'm in urgent need of help this time. I plan to change my password once this is resolved. I appreciate any help you can provide with the purchases made on the 8th that I didn't authorize due to this misunderstanding with my young grandkids. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I bought a Google Play Card and used part of it in April [redacted]. When I tried to use the remaining balance this week, my balance had vanished. I contacted Google, and they gave me a complaint number to email. However, when I tried to send the information, the email bounced back as undeliverable. I want my $40.01 refunded along with an explanation for this issue, especially since there seem to be many similar complaints. On August 10 and 11, [redacted], my Play Store Card Balance was visible, but by August 12, it was gone and couldn't be accessed. I regret not taking a screenshot. I chose to use a Play Store Card for security, but this experience has been disappointing.

Google, please refund £85.99 back to my account. I am not the person who made these transactions. Someone has used my number without my knowledge. I am already an elderly woman and don't wish to know how I will look when I am older. My email is [redacted] I am not interested in knowing about my appearance in old age. I would like to request a refund for all purchases made in Guns Of Glory. I believe the in-app purchases are misleading and fraudulent. For instance, when buying shooting gallery coins, the rewards seem to be based on the value of the product rather than random chances as advertised. The lack of transparency in new updates and items is concerning, leading to constant additional purchases to enhance the previously bought items. Upgrading equipment also results in the devaluation of purchases, without retrieving the value invested in the upgrade. It feels like a constant cycle of deception in purchasing, with updates frequently changing and devaluing purchases. Kindly process a full refund for all my purchases due to these issues.

I accidentally recharged INR [redacted] on Google instead of Paytm Bank. I would like the refund to be transferred to my Paytm Bank account. I have been playing the game HonorBound RPG for a while. A few years back, I purchased a starter pack and enjoyed playing, acquiring many mythic and legendary heroes along with commanders. After taking a break due to work, I recently tried to log back in, only to find out my account was lost, as were others' based on forum discussions. Support acknowledged the issue, and I agreed to start anew if compensated, which they agreed to via email. However, I have not received any compensation or responses to my follow-up emails. I am a subscriber to the Economist app on Google Play. Occasionally, upon opening the app, it recognizes my subscription status, granting me access to articles. However, at other times, it states that I do not have access, prompting me to log in again multiple times. This inconsistent behavior is frustrating, as I am unsure if my subscription will be acknowledged each time I use the app. Even within a single session, I may be unexpectedly logged out or denied access to content. This uncertainty persists not only with the Economist app but also with its companion, Espresso. Despite being a loyal monthly subscriber for years, these login issues persist. I have been in contact numerous times regarding Dragon City's return policy. The support staff provided conflicting information, which led me to question their credibility. Despite my requests to speak to a supervisor or colleague, I was repeatedly denied until eventually being transferred. The representative initially claimed there was no supervisor, but later spoke with one after my persistence. I expressed my doubt about receiving a callback within the hour. Despite the challenging service experience, I intend to file a complaint specifically about the representative, Elsa, who lied and did not accommodate my reasonable requests. She dismissed my valid reasons and insisted on her authority over processing a refund.

I am still awaiting an email from Google. I recently fell victim to a scam related to the company. I received a fake check under the impression that I was hired as an undercover shopper. The scam resulted in me purchasing $[redacted] worth of Google Play cards. After contacting customer service, I learned that I could not stop the cards from being used even though some were still unused. It surprised me that Google Play is unable to freeze the cards once the ID numbers are provided. Today, I noticed that my card was charged twice for an app my child downloaded. This app was supposed to be free, and the unexpected charges have caused a financial strain, as the money taken was meant for groceries. I need a refund for the mistaken charges as soon as possible. While reading an online book, I did not see any indication of a payment, but suddenly it showed "payment accepted." I immediately checked my PayPal, which was fine. However, upon reviewing my internet banking, I noticed that £99.99 was deducted without my authorization. I never intended to pay to read a story as I only collect FREE diamonds, not purchase them. Kindly refund the £99.99 back to my account. Once this is resolved, I will be closing down Google Play to prevent any future incidents.
