I am extremely frustrated as I've been trying for days to resolve this issue. I am seeking a refund for $62.94. Recently, my grandson inadvertently made some in-game purchases on Minecraft while playing on my phone. Despite following all the instructions provided through emails and phone numbers, I have hit a dead end. The email address given appears to be invalid as my emails are not going through. Moreover, when I attempted to contact Google Play, the number provided does not connect me to a person but directs me to an invalid email address as well. I feel powerless and distressed about this situation. As a 70-year-old retired individual on a fixed income, this loss is significant for me and my disabled husband. Hello, I play Lineage 2: Revolution. Yesterday morning, the application froze and crashed, resulting in unintended purchases made with virtual money on my account. I contacted Netmarble support regarding this issue, requesting the purchased items be refunded and the virtual money returned as the purchases were not authorized by me. Initially, I believed there was only one purchase, but to my surprise, there were three. Despite numerous messages yesterday, they continue to refuse a refund and deny my rights granted by the European Union. Earlier today, I downloaded an app called QR Scanner: QR Code Reader & Barcode Scanner. When I opened the app, it prompted me to start a 3-day free trial with subsequent charges of around £23 per month. After attempting to exit the app, it unexpectedly opened, allowing me to use the scanner. Upon reviewing the app's feedback, it's evident that it's a scam, and I regret not checking this earlier. I have uninstalled the app, verified my Google Play subscriptions (not found), and deleted my card details. How can I ensure the app won't charge me? The app lacked an unsubscribe option. Google Play support hasn't been helpful, and I couldn't find an email contact. Any prompt advice is appreciated.

I received an email from Google Play on April 10, [redacted], stating that my Google funds in the Google Play store were going to expire and I needed to use them before May 31, [redacted]. Despite my attempts to utilize the $18.03 balance well in advance of the expiration date, my account now shows a balance of $0. Upon contacting a Google Play representative, I was advised to reply to the email to explain the situation. I find it unacceptable that the funds were deducted on May 24, [redacted], before the stated expiry date. I expect Google Play to rectify this error promptly and restore my funds without requiring me to go through unnecessary steps. I remain dissatisfied with the lack of response to my previous email and seek accountability for this oversight. I can provide a copy of the original email from Google Play if necessary. I feel completely taken advantage of by a VPN service that, after researching online, seems to have done the same to many others. The lack of support from Google was extremely disappointing. Fortunately, my credit card company was able to address this fraudulent app. This whole ordeal is appalling and not something I anticipated. Thank you for nothing, Google and Play Store. The insinuation that the issue was caused by a friend or family member was unfounded. This level of service is unacceptable.

I purchased three Google cards for $[redacted] each yesterday morning and sent them to the recipient. The recipient informed me that the redemption numbers were not working. They mentioned a new policy by the Redeemer company claiming Google would not honor codes after 4 hours. I verified the codes and they were correct. I am concerned about this 4-hour policy as it seems outrageous. I need the cards to be redeemable promptly.

I started playing a game called Pocket Luna a month ago. Recently, they released a new server, which caused issues on the server I was playing on after spending $[redacted]+. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the company through in-game tickets, forums, and emails, I have not received any response. Google automatically denies my refund request. The situation has led to many players quitting, making it challenging for non-paying players to progress. I feel frustrated as the game seems to have been abandoned, and I am losing faith in Google Play due to recurring experiences with games operating similarly. It's disheartening not being able to reach the developer for assistance or obtain a refund, leaving me feeling deceived.

I am seeking a full refund for the game Sword of Chaos that I enjoy playing. Hello, on May 19, [redacted], I loaded 1,250php on my PayMaya account and attempted to purchase two in-app services from MiHoYo's Honkai Impact 3 mobile game. One was [redacted].00php for the Monthly Card and the other was a [redacted].00php bundle. However, Google declined my PayMaya payment without providing a reason. I have successfully used PayMaya with MiHoYo (Honkai Impact 3) on May 31, [redacted], for a smaller purchase of 45.00php. I have reached out to the Merchant (MiHoYo/Honkai Impact 3) who has confirmed they have not received the payment from PayMaya. My purchase history also reflects that my payment was not accepted or processed. PayMaya suggested I contact Google Play for assistance. I am requesting Google Play to accept my payment from PayMaya, process my desired transaction with MiHoYo (Honkai Impact 3), and provide me with the Monthly Card and [redacted].00php bundle. I'm having issues with the game "8 Ball Pool" on Miniclip's website. I've reported the problem to them regarding game coins disappearing at the end of play. It seems impossible with the shots taken by the "Bot Players;" for instance, they sink five solid balls into the same pocket in a single shot and follow it up with the remaining two balls, leaving the cue ball positioned impeccably close to the pocket. The game appears manipulated when a win is near, granting opponents shots they didn't earn, resulting in lost games. There are pop-ups warning not to leave the game while waiting for the opponent's response, though I've already taken my turn. Despite numerous complaints, the auto-reply blames phone signal issues or other excuses, avoiding addressing the serious concerns raised. The prevalence of hackers, use of "Bot Players," and lack of resolution to game issues make this game problematic. I believe it should be removed from Google Play as Miniclip fails to meet the standards expected by players.

I reached out to Blizzard Support with the following message: "Hello, my Blizzard ID is Kiev#[redacted] at [redacted] I recently earned enough money from Google Rewards on Google Play to purchase the "Masters Bundle" for $19.99. I downloaded Hearthstone on my Android Pixel Phone, expecting it to link automatically with my account. I made the purchase through Google Play on the phone, but it created a new account with a different ID# than my original one. The new account is now Blizzard ID bdwvdc#[redacted] with [redacted] as the email address. I have not opened any packs on this account and was hoping to transfer the Masters Bundle to my correct account. Thank you!"

I have been playing Pocket Luna on the latest server, S19 Wizard, for over a month now. Everything was fine until the release of S20, after which S19 started experiencing multiple bugs. The event center where we collect weekly rewards stopped loading completely. I submitted a help ticket via the in-game service center over a week ago but received no response. I then tried contacting them via Facebook and Twitter with no luck. Surprisingly, their social media pages have not been updated in about a year. I attempted to get a refund through Google Play but it was automatically rejected without being reviewed. This has led me to lose faith in gaming on Google products, especially since this is not the first time I have encountered such issues. Spending over $[redacted] on in-app purchases in a game that is malfunctioning is frustrating, and the lack of customer support is disheartening. It seems like finding a quality game on the Play Store is becoming increasingly difficult with so many pay-to-win games that prioritize profits over player satisfaction.

I created a YouTube account but was mistakenly charged on Google Play. I contacted my bank to report it as fraud concerning my account named SOMALI WOMENS EMPOWERMENT AND ORGANISING SERVICES. I've tried to reach out via phone but to no avail. I never made any purchases on Google Play, and the deduction was unauthorized. I am requesting a refund for multiple transactions made on the in-app purchases of an application. It would be great if you could refund me for multiple months, but if that is not feasible, please prioritize April and May. I have successfully received a refund of $[redacted] SGD, but I still have around 10 more refunds pending. Due to the policy of the application, my account might get banned if I refund further, so a full refund would be appreciated. Two refunds have gone through for May 21st, and there are more transactions from both May and April. A complete refund is necessary at this point. Thank you.

I purchased a pay-per-view for $59.99 yesterday using the Google Play app on my phone. However, I am unable to watch it on my computer. This issue occurred previously, and I received a refund then. Yesterday, I contacted Google Play support within an hour of the purchase, but they couldn't process a refund as the transaction was still pending. I recently tried to contact PayPal customer service and found a phone number on Google that turned out to be a scam. The individuals on the line, possibly from Egypt or the Middle East, claimed I needed to buy Google Play cards to unlock my account, insisting I buy two sets of $[redacted] cards, which I reluctantly did. However, after providing the codes, I was told the numbers were invalid and I had to purchase more. Feeling suspicious, I complied with their demand for two additional cards but faced the same issue. The scammers remained calm and professional throughout the ordeal, making me realize how deceptive they were. This experience was unsettling, and I urge others not to fall victim to such scams. It's alarming that these individuals managed to manipulate search results to exploit innocent individuals. This deceitful practice needs to be stopped to prevent others from losing their money.
