This morning I was charged **.** for a yearly subscription to an app that I never even opened on my phone that my * year old ordered, which I thought I had cancelled. I contacted Google Play as soon as I saw the charge about ** minutes later, to issue a refund. I received an email saying my subscription would be cancelled but no refund would be issued per Google play refund policy. I also received an email from Google play ** minutes after the first email saying a refund would be issued for the amount. So I am now confused and would like to know for sure if I will be receiving a refund or not? I am very concerned because I can't at all afford this charge. As a single mother of * on welfare, I'm struggling to get by and $** completely emptied my bank account.
