Log in to Yahoo, and in the upper right corner select your name/ID. Choose the option for Account Info, then select either Personal Info or Preferences, depending on the info you wish to update.
The issue in GetHuman-thaonean's own words
It says to verify my account, but I can't because I no longer hold the debit or credit cards I've once had. I tried showing my real I'D and My own Debit Card but google messaged me back saying it needed that one card to show to verify a purchase, but like I said I don't have the card no more. I can't get passed that situation. I got allot of money and time put into my games just so I can't purchase nothing anymore from google. My account the one with the problem is google email O*****@***.com*That's the one with the problem. Please help me.*My once so called friends and aunts helped me purchased diamonds from a google play game and she decides to call and say she wants a refund or somebody fraudes her. That is so unfair and cheap ads people.
