You automatically renewed my subscription **************... I tried to call your customer service department * times and was put on hold every time with NO MUSIC or ANYONE coming on the line....it involved approximately a total of one hour that my * phone call was somewhere out in LA LA LAND!!! Since I couldn't get ahold of you I called my bank...They cancelled my husband's card and after that told me that they COULD NOT reverse YOUR CHARGE.... what a mess you have caused me!!!! Of course my husband's mad and wants me to cancel this subscription but then I would be out the$**.** AND NO MAGAZINE!!!! You may think that $**.** is NO BIG DEAL but we are NOT shot in the *** with diamonds... the only income we have is our social security (and believe me that's not much)... you can't even refund my money CAUSE HIS CARD IS NOW CANCELLED!!!! I even tried to tell your *** number I wanted to subscribe BUT still didn't get through to ANYONE....am I mad??? You bet I am!!! If you want to talk to me YOU CALL ME....***-***-****....I may only be *little old lady but I sure will bad mouth you every chance I get because your customer service department *****!!! Why don't you go back to the old way and provide customer service ... I used to be the Senior customer service for Citicorp and would never ignore my customers or I would have been fired...
