Hey there! **About a week ago, I contacted GoDaddy Customer Service via the chat app with concerns about an upcoming billing date - I noticed that I would be charged before I'd have money and asked to either had the charge date moved back to the **rd and prorated, or have my domain name temporarily cancelled so that I could re-purchase it on the **rd.**After speaking to the agent, I was informed that though moving the billing date was not a possibility, I could cancel my service and repurchaze at the end of the month - I requested the agent cancel my account and was informed that I would not be charged* I reiterated and asked for confirmation that I would not be charged and after the agent stressed again that this was the case, I thanked them.**On Friday, a payment from GoDaddy went through my Paypal -- this payment *will* bounce, and I would like to request both a refund for the domain ($**.** Canadian) and a refund for the NSF fee my bank will charge me ($**.** Canadian) as I had been informed that my service was cancelled, and had made attempt to do exactly that.***The domain in question is *antlersandearlgrey.ca

GetHuman-antlers did not yet indicate what GoDaddy.com should do to make this right.
