I received a deposit, a very large deposit, before I had received my actual card and set everything up. I had talked with a representative only to find out my account was blocked and was pending further review. The money is just sitting there. I swipe the screen and it shows the amount but I can't access it. Can I continue to open my account with the funds already there or close it completely and have the funds released? This deposit came from my boyfriend and we need to use that money, quickly. I've been waiting awhile and can't so much as get someone to give me a straight answer. Again, I have got to have access to that money. Thank you and am looking forward to your answer. I'm running out of time and the funds can't sit there any longer, it's a large amount.
