Dear Sir, I am seeking assistance to recover my Gmail account under the name Saddam Hussein. The email address associated with the account is [redacted] Created in October [redacted], this account was instrumental in establishing my YouTube channel, Dj King Studio, which achieved monetization on October 28, [redacted]. The hacker also changed the phone number on December 11. My Adsense account has the Pub ID [redacted][redacted]. Your prompt investigation into this matter, using the base identity provided, ID 2[redacted]-[redacted], is highly appreciated to reclaim my account. Kindly assist in restoring my hacked Gmail account, [redacted], as it is crucial for me to regain control. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

I set up a Gmail account for my 11-year-old daughter to keep in touch with family and friends from out of state and abroad. However, the account has been disabled, and I'm unable to access the over 20 GB of photos and videos she uploaded onto Google Photos. The issue arose when I was setting up her Google Fi account and mistakenly disclosed her actual birthdate. Since then, approximately two weeks ago, her account has remained disabled, despite my attempts to recover it through the provided methods. I have correctly provided verification information like current and previous passwords, as well as 2FA codes sent via text and email, but have been unsuccessful in regaining access to her account. We were hoping to use the photos for our Christmas cards, but are now at a loss for how to proceed. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm Katie Moody. Recently, my ex-husband, who works locally at AT&T, accessed my personal information. After removing myself from his account and creating my own at a different AT&T store, I changed my phone number. However, he managed to obtain my new number and used my old one to access my social media and email accounts. I'm struggling to regain access to my email as I can't reset the password due to the old number linked to it. Despite trying various methods with no success, including contacting Apple for help with my Apple ID, I'm still locked out. I attempted to use my mom's email for verification but was unsuccessful. Please assist me in recovering my email account as I'm unable to receive emails myself. Thank you.

I recently updated my gmail password on my home computer, but then my iPhone gmail account wouldn't accept the new password. Every time I update one device, the other one gets locked out, causing a frustrating cycle of password changes. I'm struggling to synchronize the passwords between my home computer and iPhone. Please help!

I am constantly being interrupted by a service that blocks my games with ads promising a $[redacted] gift card if I complete a survey and buy an item. They do not allow cancellation and prevent access to games through Publishers Clearing House. I fell for it once, ordered a Disney book, and never received the gift card. Walmart and Disney confirmed it's a scam. The ads claim to be from the National Consumer Center. I want this interference to stop so I can play my PCH games without Gmail being affected.

I suspect my account has been compromised as I continue to receive an excessive amount of spam and recently got signed out of Gmail on all devices except my phone. Although I can still access the account on my phone, I am unable to change my password. I accidentally managed to remove a Google phone number from the account. I can provide screenshots of my logged-in status on my phone and verify my identity. I need assistance to reset my password as the security questions are challenging for me due to not remembering the exact date of creating the account. I am unable to make necessary changes to my Gmail account, and starting over is not an option as it is linked to my YouTube Channel with numerous playlists I don't want to lose.

I need assistance with unlocking my phone. I have multiple email accounts and after a factory reset, I am locked out and prompted to use one of the default accounts linked to the phone. The problem is, I don't know which account that is since the phone was never connected to a carrier due to a missing SIM card tray. Can someone help me with the IMEI and provide a hint to unlock the phone? Thank you.

I need help accessing my personal Gmail account as I've forgotten my password. Unfortunately, I lost the stored passwords in my keychain during a phone and computer replacement. The recovery email I provided for two-step verification is incorrect; it should be [redacted] instead of [redacted] I've been unsuccessful since June in recovering my account, receiving the same response from Google stating that the information provided is insufficient to recover the account. My email account is crucial to my life, and not being able to access it is causing significant issues. I seek assistance in changing my password and reclaiming access to my email.

Hello, my name is Maria Magdalena Gonzalez. A few years ago, I mistakenly closed all my browser windows on my PC in a hurry due to a virus. I did not save my password and couldn't retrieve my account. The number linked to the account is no longer mine and is now [redacted]. I spoke to the number owner, but still couldn't access my account. I also tried my recovery email ([redacted]) without success. The email I'm trying to recover is [redacted], and the Google Hangout number is [redacted]. If I remember correctly, the pin for the voicemail of that number should be [redacted] or [redacted]. I've tried all possible ways to recover it, please assist.

I need to speak to a live representative because I forgot the password to recover my account. My phone was shut off by Verizon, and I believed it was lost, but now that I have a new phone, I realized my old J3 is Google locked with my old account [redacted] from June or July of [redacted]. The password I used should be the same or similar, but I can't remember. I need a hint or a way to prove my identity. I'm also having trouble accessing Instagram. The account was originally set up as "c patt" but later changed to "c suppa." I want to change it back. I've had issues like this before due to changes made by the Play Store app "CyberGhost VPN." I believe I have documents with my full name "C Patti" on them that I can use to verify my identity. I'm willing to live chat or send a video to prove I'm the account owner. I'm unable to unlock my old phone, but I'm considering going to Verizon for help. My current phone number is [redacted]. The Google account associated with the account is "c patt," and my birthday is a combination of the month and year. I also have important information and apps linked to my SoundCloud account that I value, which was accessed with [redacted] on the Samsung J3 I have.

My computer and iPhone were stolen along with my backpack, making it impossible for me to access my Gmail account from different devices as I can't recall the password. Despite trying all the passwords I have ever used and submitting the online form for password retrieval countless times, I've had no success. Even creating a new Gmail account to receive verification codes hasn't helped as it fails to verify my identity. The security questions I remember setting up are not appearing, and I could easily answer them. Given the significance of this email for my business and personal information stored within, I am desperate for assistance. It would be incredibly helpful to speak with someone in person to resolve this frustrating situation. Thank you.

My laptop and iPhone were stolen along with my backpack, and now I'm unable to access my Gmail account from different devices as I can't recall the password despite trying all my known ones. I've attempted the online retrieval form countless times, even creating a new Gmail account for verification codes, without success. The security questions I configured seem to be missing, though I could easily answer them. It's crucial for my business and personal information, so starting a new account isn't an option. I need assistance from the support center to change or regain access to my password.

For nearly two weeks, I have been unable to access my two Gmail accounts associated with two different email addresses. When attempting to send emails, they are returned as 'daemon' emails. I am uncertain if I am able to receive emails as well. Recently, I tried changing my stage name (which I use instead of my real name) and updating my phone number. Unfortunately, I forgot both of my passwords, so I need assistance to regain entry into the system. It seems like the system is in defense mode, restricting my access and not allowing me to sync my phone. With the holiday season upon us, I want to address any spyware or malware issues. Would it be possible to resolve these problems now or should I wait until the new year? Thank you for any assistance you can provide. - Con R. Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

I need help! I've had a Gmail account for years and used it recently. However, after clearing history and cache, my saved password is no longer autofilling. I couldn't remember it and tried to reset it using my primary email address. Now I'm stuck in a loop trying to access my Gmail inbox like before.

Hello, I'm Marina N. My son, Anthony N., is facing issues with his Gmail account ([redacted]) as it has been hacked. His Epic account, linked to this email and containing his Fortnite account, has been sold to someone in America. Despite our efforts to reset the account, the verification code is being sent to a different email and phone number. I've reached out to Epic Games and visited the Google store in Melbourne, but we haven't had any success in resolving this matter.

When attempting to sign in from a different computer, I encounter a block that requires phone verification, but I can only use my gmail phone number. However, I have no phone service where I am, making it impossible to proceed. I've previously reported this issue, as there is no helpline or chat support to assist. If I acquire a new computer, I will be compelled to create a new Google account, losing access to my current files. This feature should be disabled to access my files stored online from various devices. Perhaps receiving an email notification to my gmail account for unfamiliar IP sign-ins for 24 hours after deletion could be a suitable security measure. Although I believe my current password is secure, an additional password option might be helpful. Despite responding to the critical security email alert, the problem endures. I kindly request your prompt resolution to avoid the inconvenience of canceling my current Project Fi service and managing multiple gmail accounts for different computers/IP addresses.
