Help with my Gmail issue
GetHuman-bumpjump's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Gmail doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-bumpjump will need to dig through the advice provided by Gmail, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-bumpjump can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman-bumpjump's own words
I remember my login credentials. When i enter the *FA OTP verification step, my mobile number is displayed below greyed out, with red coloured highlighted terms above it says "Unavailable because of too many failed attempts. Try again in a few hours." when i try to recover my account using account recovery process, i enter my otp recevied to the same number registered for *FA with the affected account. After four working days, google replied saying cannot help recover account. how the recovery process fail despite of providing all correct details. There should be some validation provided from Google side to prove this unsuccessful of required recovery information. It has left a dissatisfactory feeling being a google user for several years, first time encountering an issue related. If they cannot help to fix basic issues with all valid information, how they can guarantee that suggesting to consider to create another gmail account will prevent such issues in future? If there's no way google can do anything about recovering an existing account subsequently suggesting to consider to create new accounts is very funny, wondering how does it solve the problem reported. Gmail has created something that is beyond their scope for recovery is what i believe now, atleast hope my frustration is better understood. Even Google dont have an option to delete the account permanently what if all my personal info. hangs there without being discarded for safety purpose? If cannot recover does not mean account should be safe. When there is no guarantee to provide validation for unsuccessful account recovery procedure by google how could this be guaranteed? if i have registered the affected account for another account recovery email then doomed boom, for eg: outlook to change recovery email will hold the account for **days.
