Hello, my name is Tyler Keyon Clay. I am feeling very frustrated. I am struggling to access my Instagram account because I cannot remember the password for my email. I tried using the recovery options, but the security questions are too difficult for me to answer. The phone number associated with the account is a Japanese number, but I no longer have access to it since I have moved back to the United States. I am a member of the United States Marine Corps. Another issue that is bothering me is that Instagram is asking for the date when I created the account; it seems unreasonable to expect me to remember that if I can't recall my password. Despite trying to provide accurate details to prove my ownership of the account, I am still unable to access it. I can provide a description of the profile picture on the account. I urgently need assistance to reset my password and regain access to my social media. Thank you for your prompt response.

A week ago, I received a text on my Pixel android phone warning me about a possible account access attempt and advising me to change my password. At first, I was hesitant, as it seemed suspicious, but after researching online and finding others with similar experiences, I decided to change my password. Additionally, I received an email to my cox.net account supposedly from Google Play, but the subject line was in a script that appeared Vietnamese or Southeast Asian. Despite changing my password, I continue to receive these emails, sometimes in batches of 10. I'm unsure why I am receiving these emails and would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

I was using my Samsung Galaxy7 to check my Gmail account when all my inbox emails got deleted. I contacted Google Help Desk last night regarding this issue. Since then, emails that I had archived in a different folder since [redacted] suddenly appeared in my inbox on both my iPad and phone. Additionally, emails that I had previously put in the trash over the last month are now showing up in my inbox. I am specifically looking to retrieve the actually deleted inbox emails, which include emails dating back from yesterday morning and spanning over several years. Could you please provide guidance on how to restore these emails back to my inbox? Thank you.

Hello! I have encountered an issue with my iPad regarding my 2 gmail accounts. Despite being able to access both accounts on my desktop Mac and iPhone, my iPad is displaying a recurring message stating “there is no internet connection”. Despite turning off airplane mode and with WiFi functioning for other purposes in the house, my iPad still cannot connect to gmail. Even though Safari works to access websites, the connection is slow. I attempted to restart my iPad, but the issue persisted. When trying to re-install my gmail account by deleting and adding it back through settings, I encountered a problem where the page would vanish after briefly appearing, preventing me from re-adding my account. I am able to access gmail through my Mac and iPhone, but not on my iPad. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you!

My account was compromised after I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I noticed suspicious activity, so I changed my Gmail password. When setting up my new phone, hackers exploited a security vulnerability, gaining access and preventing me from regaining control. They altered recovery methods, hindering my verification attempts. This has led to an FRP lock on my Android devices, leaving me unable to access any of my phones due to the Gmail requirement for resets. I am in dire need of assistance as I am currently without a phone. I can verify my identity, but I can't recall my Gmail account creation date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I came across an email from Dominion Energy in Virginia Beach, VA, dated August 15, [redacted]. The email displayed my 9-year-old daughter's name along with other information regarding my recent service request for new service before moving into my apartment. Despite missing my account number, which I addressed with Dominion Energy, I have expressed my concerns to them about my daughter's name being tied to my account. They mentioned investigating the issue and assured me someone will follow up in a week. The representative advised me to involve local authorities to identify and stop this breach. I have reached out to the Economic Crime Unit in Virginia Beach, VA, to report this. For any further contact, please reach me at [redacted]. I'm eager for Gmail to investigate and prevent the recurrence of this matter promptly. Thank you, Paula M.

Hello, this is Lisa Flagella. I am reaching out regarding my Gmail account. I was prompted to change my password and unfortunately did not record the new one. I have a new phone number now and tried to update it on my computer, but it requires the password which I have forgotten. I provided some previous passwords and security details, but it seems more information is needed. I have used my son's email, dominickz3923@gmail, for verification in the past. Currently, I am unable to access my email and urgently need to set up my Gmail on my new phone. I hope someone can assist me promptly as I have important work-related emails on my account. Thank you for your understanding and support. Lisa

My Gmail account was recently compromised. The password, recovery phone number, and recovery email were all changed. Despite multiple attempts to recover it using the last password and creation date, I have been unsuccessful. I believe Google can verify my ownership by checking the location and data associated with my account. I have been using this Gmail for 3-4 years, including for various online accounts. The email was originally created in Nagaland, Kohima (India), but it now shows a location in Jakarta. I urgently need access to my Gmail as it is crucial for me.

I am experiencing a concerning situation with my Samsung account, phone number, Google, and Gmail. It seems that my devices have been compromised, leading to unauthorized access and control by an external party. Despite my attempts to adjust settings and disable certain features such as Samsung Cloud, I am unable to regain control. The situation is complex as even tracking down where specific files have been transferred proves to be a challenge. I have sought assistance from Samsung and even changed my SIM card, but the issue persists. I suspect the source of this intrusion and hope to find a solution to trace it back to them. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received an email stating that my account would be terminated in three days, even though I did not request this. I want to make sure my account is not canceled and that I don't have to change my address. Whenever I try to contact companies, my emails bounce back due to incorrect addresses. I have been struggling to unsubscribe from emails originating from China. I am receiving about 50 unwanted emails daily and attempting to unsubscribe only results in them bouncing back. How can I go about blocking these emails effectively?

Hello! I appreciate any guidance you can provide. I recently received two second-hand Samsung phones from a friend. I changed the Google accounts on both devices by removing the old ones and adding mine. After performing a reset on both phones, upon restart, I encountered an issue with signing in to Google. Even after a year, I continue to receive a message stating, "Unable to sign into the device due to recent password change. Please try again 24 hours after the change was performed." Unfortunately, the individual who gave me the phones is now in prison, without communication privileges. I use T-Mobile as my carrier, however, I urgently need a functioning phone. The models are a Galaxy Express 3 (AT&T) and an On5 (Metro PCS), both of which have been inactive for over a year. Any advice on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Recently, I switched to Telstra Australia and got an Apple iPhone, losing my old phone number in the process. I faced challenges activating the new phone and had to go to the shop for help. In the meantime, I tried to update my Gmail but forgot the password linked to my old number, preventing me from receiving a security code. When I clicked on my name for the alternative Gmail account, it only paused my original account due to the situation. I'm 88 years old, and my 90-year-old wife and I lost important contacts stored on the old account. Despite creating a new account, I'm struggling. It would be beneficial if Gmail could simplify the process of updating phone numbers to help many individuals like me facing similar issues due to changing phones frequently.

My daughter logged into her school account ([redacted]) on my device, and now my login page repeatedly redirects to her school account. I am trying to verify my business on Google My Business, but I can't access my account. The prompt directs me to contact a domain administrator, which I don't have as it's a free email account. Despite removing her from the "manage people" menu, her information still auto-fills, and I cannot log her out since she's not actively logged in. I've cleared my browser history, cache, and cookies, but the issue persists. I have urgent business matters to attend to but am unable to access my email. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Gmail account has been hacked multiple times resulting in password resets, changing of recovery phone numbers and email addresses. After factory resetting my phone, I created a new Gmail account only to experience the same hacking issues. I suspect that when creating a new account, they are somehow interconnected. I am unsure how to tackle this problem as it seems beyond my knowledge. I noticed unusual activity when my password was changed from Raleigh, NC, although I live in Jacksonville, NC. The device information showed "chrome 64...USA" without further location specifics. I am currently locked out of all my Gmail accounts since the hacker keeps changing my passwords and recovery information. I have been dealing with this issue for four years and now have around six inaccessible Gmail accounts. I am uncertain if the problem lies within my phone or if changing my phone number would help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, As the new members of the homeowners association board, we are seeking access to the email account that was previously used by the previous board. We require access to important records stored in that account. If accessing the account directly is not possible, we would appreciate obtaining an archive of its contents. We are requesting guidance on how to proceed with this matter. The two email accounts we are looking to recover or access archives for are "[redacted]" and "[redacted]". Please advise us on the steps we need to take to resolve this issue promptly.

I have changed phone numbers multiple times over the past few years due to personal reasons, leading me to be locked out of three of my Gmail accounts. I would greatly appreciate a reset, especially for the last two accounts. The issue arises when the password reset codes are sent to my old phone number, which I no longer possess. When I try to have the codes sent to my current email, I am unable to verify my identity. I am sharing the following details in hopes of unlocking my accounts efficiently and to understand the process for future reference: Sarah Jane B., born on 1/8/[redacted], residing at 38 Stirling Crescent, Aldinga Beach, South Australia, [redacted]. My current email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] The accounts in question are [redacted] (created circa [redacted]), [redacted] (created around March [redacted]), and [redacted] (created between July [redacted] and October [redacted], phone number [redacted] linked to this account). The fourth account, [redacted], is irrelevant but provided for identification purposes.

I am experiencing an authentication error while trying to check my email on [redacted] using POP3 settings. The error message indicates that the mail has not been retrieved since September 21. I have attempted to access the account settings to rectify this issue, but I am unable to resolve it. It seems like the problem might be related to the password or the recovery options. I have also ensured that my storage usage is within limits. If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue, I would greatly appreciate the help.
