I changed my password a week ago while signing into my work computer. Then next day I forgot new password and after multiple tries got locked out. Went through the password recovery process with google multiple times - probably ** times every day since being locked out - I even identified recent emails I had sent and recipient's addresses, as well as multiple personal identifiers, and continued to receive rejections by google stating I did not prove I was owner of the email. I believe I was receiving automated responses that were not even being reviewed by a human. I need access to my account badly, and do not know what else to do, as google has no phone *. At one point I was redirected to a site through google called JustAsk, and required to pay $*.**. I did so but the next day I found out I was actually charged $**.** because I talked to a representative and was given "advice", which still did not give me access to my email account. Not sure where to turn next...?? Please help!
