Wow where do I start. I have had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at any company for any reason. His name is Erick, the times they reply make it clear they are in another country, I don’t care just saying. On Oct **th I was compensated for the October *th WOH rewards after it shut down on me while I was beating it. Unfortunately I only received the divisional box where I received Whit Merrifield. Stats leader Blake Snell was also the featured player in the rewards and I never received him. I was told he was not part of the rewards but that is ***% wrong and I sent a picture that day of the rewards that I took when the game shut down on me. There is no arguing this I proved it without a doubt. Erick has now told me he’s “waiting for confirmation from our developers.” That’s the answer to everything which is annoying enough but it has now been over a week. How can internal confirmation of something that I already proved take more than a day? I’m sorry if I’m direct and come off as rude but that event cost me a lot of money to get those rewards and I feel like Erick is doing this on purpose because I was rude when I initiated this ticket. For one yes I was, * I started by apologizing for being rude that I know this wasn’t his mistake, and * that’s just part of the job in customer service. I’ve had other issues that have cost me gold and rewards that I’m not able to address because I want this taken care of first. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game and I love it but I’ve had it with this gentleman who had no business being in customer service. I would like my compensation of the WOH rewards completed please. **From what’s going on I’ll never be able to justify spending another dime on this game unless you find a way to make this right. The fixing of these mistakes cost you nothing but handling them the way Erick has costs you money now and in the future. I would also like the *k in prime xp I didn’t get from spending gold in last weekends prime event. **** gold just disappeared out*of my account and didn’t register in my gold spent, and that counter reset twice. I will gladly take my **** gold back instead but at least one of the *. I’ve had the CvC event **** up and close down on me a number of times where I continue with gold, never get the points and lose the match because of it. I can’t even keep track of all the things I’ve lost because of, in my opinion, your infrastructure can’t keep up with the number of users. I’m fine with all this mistakes if they are made right, I’m not that difficult. **I sent them an email and attached pictures with proof and they just never answer. I’ve attached some pictures confirming the compensation agreed to and the WOH rewards from ****. Again, there’s no way to argue this proof.**This has been a horrible, just plain horrible experience and I would like to see what you guys come up with to fix it. Not just the rewards that were justifiably mine anyway. **Thanks for your help,
