My game kept crashing and wouldn't load. Around 2 p.m., Glu gifted everyone with a five-star draft pick for Twitter followers. I received a pitcher, played a few games, but then experienced continuous crashes. It wouldn't load all day, so that night, frustrated, I redownloaded it. Unfortunately, I discovered I had lost my team and needed to start over.

Daily Design Challenge for 5/31/19: Pink in Paris I've encountered recurring glitches on the App Design Home, but today's issue has really frustrated me. After spending time on my design, I noticed that once I entered it, the wall art above the pink sofa was missing, significantly impacting the look. I usually take screenshots of my designs before submission. I have evidence of what the design should look like and how it appears now. Despite hoping for a glitch fix, the wall art remains absent. As someone who is disabled, designing brings me joy, making this situation particularly upsetting. I'm reaching out for help to rectify this error before the day's challenge ends. I wish there was a feature to edit designs shortly after submission to avoid such problems. I urge for a solution as this affects my ratings unfairly. The missing wall art above the pink sofa has altered the entire aesthetic of my design called Pink in Paris. Is there a way to share photos to demonstrate this issue? I spent $[redacted]-$[redacted] a week playing Tap Sports Baseball [redacted]. My username is XXVillageXX. Recently, I opened about 30 boxes and pulled some amazing players like Erin Banks, Keston Hura, Nelson Cruz, Joey Votto, and CC Sabathia. However, all these players are missing from my team now. It took 5-10 taps just to open each box. This is really frustrating because I finally had some good pulls for the first time in a while. Strangely, there's no one in my inactive list, and all the players I pulled seem to have disappeared from my team. Only Ryan Braun and a prime pitcher are left. I opened a total of [redacted] bars plus 3 from the field pass and 8 from progress. Additionally, someone in my club bought a bundle. I pulled Legend Erin Banks and [redacted] primes but they are all gone too. I'm incredibly upset. I need you to check your system and return all my players immediately. If I don't get them back, I'll stop playing the game and request a full refund as it feels like my money is being taken without giving me the rewards I earned.

I have been experiencing Error code 01.[redacted].[redacted] during the weekly hunting tournaments in Deer Hunter for the past three months. Despite paying for a gold membership each month, the issue remains unresolved, which is incredibly frustrating. Unlike other apps that receive frequent updates, Deer Hunter has not been updated to version 18 for months. I am considering uninstalling the game, but simply deleting and reinstalling it does not solve the glitches. If I uninstall all data, including from iCloud, I risk losing all the progress I have made, which includes $70,[redacted] in gold and over 5 billion in cash accumulated over a couple of years. I am open to deleting the game entirely from my cloud services if I am reimbursed for my earnings to date. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated, especially during this time of social isolation.

Hello, my name is Rosy. I previously opened a support ticket on 08/19/20, but I have been experiencing difficulties with the assistance provided. Between 8/13 and 08/19, I made purchases totaling around $[redacted], which included [redacted] diamonds and [redacted] stars. I also availed of the $2.99 Weekend Event Tickets offer, acquiring 3 extra tickets along with 10 stars and diamonds. Additionally, I achieved 1st place this weekend. Today, while participating in the Wedding Style Event, the game unexpectedly closed, and upon reopening, it indicated the last saved progress was on 08/13/20. This situation is confusing to me, especially considering how engrossed I have been in the game's activities. I recently underwent lung surgery, and playing this game has been a much-needed distraction during my recovery period. It is quite disheartening that due to a technical glitch, I appear to have lost approximately $[redacted] worth of progress over the past 4 days. I recently bought a $9.99 pack of gems in the Britney Spears American Dream game yesterday. Right after the purchase, the game crashed, and after restarting, I did not receive the gems. I tried restarting my phone, but they were still missing. I was charged for the gems and got the receipt. Strangely, I was able to buy another $9.99 pack of gems and a $19.99 pack without any problems. However, the order # GPA.3[redacted]-3[redacted]1 did not work correctly. I was in a chat with a support person in the game and was asked to send screenshots of the missing gems. Sadly, now whenever I try to access the support screen, the game crashes. Could you please refund me for the [redacted] missing gems I bought but never received? I have proof of purchase from both the email receipt and the Google Play Store. Thank you!

I reached out to customer support at Tsb21 due to the game freezing. Unfortunately, my account got frozen, and I can't connect it to Facebook. I've been playing TSB since the original and I'm a VIP club member. This is the second year in a row my account has been frozen. Last time, I struggled for over a week to get help, which resulted in losing rewards and club points without any explanation or compensation. Now, in the first week of the new release, the same issue is happening. It's frustrating to keep facing these problems after investing so much money into the game. The delays in getting assistance and lack of resolution or compensation are unacceptable. Please address this matter urgently. I encountered an issue with the app on my iPad. I received an error message about the device, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. However, now I am unable to sign in as it prompts me to use the original device. This is indeed the original device I am trying to play on. The trouble began the day after I attempted to install the game on my Android phone. Even though I uninstalled it afterwards, I faced a device problem when signing back in. Please investigate this matter and provide assistance. Thank you.

I have been waiting for Glu to address the issue with my [redacted] Tap Baseball game for two days now. Since I've been playing since the [redacted] version, I have noticed that the current version is very slow to load and sometimes does not load at all. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if it would resolve the issue, which temporarily helped in the past. However, when I tried to link the app to Facebook, which I've done without problems before, I received a message about an anonymous proxy being detected preventing the link. I have been attempting to resolve this problem for two days without any assistance, causing me to miss out on numerous gifts. As a long-time VIP player who has invested a significant amount of money into the game, I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue. I have ensured that all Wi-Fi networks I use have proxies turned off, including on 5G, yet I am still encountering this issue. As the Head of House of a Covet Fashion fashion house, I oversaw 5 successful rallies in April. Unfortunately, due to the presence of duplicate tiles and the distribution of consolation prizes before the grand prizes, we narrowly missed out on winning the 5th grand prize by just one tile. I raised this issue with customer service, but they informed me that there was no remedy available. My main request is to receive the last grand prize for April and to have reassurance that the rally algorithm will be improved to prioritize skill over chance in clearing the board.

My VegasChamps account linked to the email [redacted] in Tap Sports Baseball [redacted] on Android got suspended suddenly. Customer service has been unhelpful in explaining the reason or assisting in unlocking it. I have been communicating with a representative named Ezekiel, who appears to be the only team member available at all times, which seems suspicious. I have extensive documentation of approximately $25,[redacted] in App Store transactions, and now my account is inaccessible.
