I have a post payment plan for my home internet and it includes netflix. But as time passed by I wasn't using netflix frequently. I checked oneday to log in to my netflix account and they said that they dont have any account that is signed up with my email. And of course I thought that my netflix service was cancelled since I wasn't using it and I couldn't log in. It's not like I couldn't log in because I don't have a password, my account was literally deleted. And now I'm planning to cancel my post payment plan and they have been charging me for netflix. Which I think is weird and messed up. Please help. I shouldn't be paying for a service that I can't even use.
