How to fix my simcard can’t received sms

Our Landline (02)70073563 has a problem, since yesterday, April 19, 2024, we cannot receive outside calls and vice versa, but it has dial tone. Thanks for immediate attention.

globe billing about the gadget exchange which i cancelled still included on my billing

My roaming prepaid number cant recieve call and text
