This refers to my bill statement under account number ********. The said account was just reactivated on August **, ****. However, it was again deactivated on August **, **** due to a remaining balance of Php*,***.**. How could I be disconnected with just a one-month overdue balance? This amount should have been included or charged to me upon my reconnection if it will just cause another disconnection after just * days of reactivation. Due to my dismay and inconvenience it caused me, I decided to hold its reconnection. **However, I was again billed with an outstanding balance of Php*,***.** for the billing period *********- ********** which I never used since it was deactivated. I would like to inform you that I will settle only the amount that is due to me which was the remaining balance of Php*,***.** upon deactivation on August **, ****. I am raising my complaint regarding this matter because it is not fair to charge your customer for the amount that was never served.**I hope you will give this preferential attention and usual prompt action.**Thank you and I am looking forward to stay connected with Globe.
