I placed an online order through the Subway mobile app for a promotion of buying two sandwiches and getting one free. After being charged $15.80 on my Subway card ending in [redacted], I received a prompt stating the order couldn't be processed on the app. The store manager was not aware of the issue, but the general manager acknowledged they had faced similar problems before. Despite being physically at the store, I was unable to pick up my order. I am requesting a full refund of $15.80 for the lost transaction, as the store and general manager both confirmed the recurring issue. I am seeking assistance since I couldn't reach Subway directly. I am happy to report that my issue with Argos has been resolved. However, I am still facing challenges in contacting your company. Despite numerous requests I have made without any response, I kindly urge you to ensure that my personal information is not shared with any third parties. I am disappointed by the lack of communication from your end, as I have not received any replies to my previous emails. To clarify, the appropriate way to handle this situation would have been to respond promptly when contacted.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding some orders I placed that have yet to be shipped from China to South Africa. These orders were made approximately three weeks before the lockdown was enforced in South Africa. I'm unable to contact the sellers on Wish to inquire about tracking the items and expediting their shipment from their current location. With the COVID limitations causing potential backlogs, I fear these parcels might be lost or significantly delayed. I am wondering if there's a way to communicate with the suppliers to either arrange for shipping or request a refund for these items. I submitted a complaint to Facebook to delete a post of mine, but now I see it on your website without my consent. How is this possible? Who authorized its publication on your site? The matter is private, and I only contacted Facebook about it. I will pursue legal action against your website for revealing my confidential complaint publicly. I am unfamiliar with your website, and my complaint was solely to Facebook. Your website has taken my information from Facebook, which is a violation.

Good morning, Today is November 10th, and it is currently 8:57 a.m. I am reaching out regarding my unemployment claim. After waiting nearly 7 months, I recently received my first unemployment payment a few weeks ago. Upon calling, I was instructed to continue filing my weekly claims. Subsequently, I received two more regular checks, which seems to indicate things are progressing. Today, on my designated call day, I attempted to file my claim, only to be informed that I need to speak to a representative. Unfortunately, there was no representative available. My email address is [redacted] I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist me and provide insight into this issue. After waiting for 7 months and even reaching out to Congressman Vans Shoes' office, I finally received my back pay. Last March, I received two regular unemployment checks. My name is Mildred J., and my email is [redacted]. Regarding my unemployment claim, today was my designated calling date. I've been experiencing issues with unemployment since last March, and about 2 to 3 weeks ago, I finally received the back payment. A new claim was initiated, and for the past two weeks, I've been trying to contact the office. This would have been approximately my fourth check, although I'm unsure of the exact number. Despite the progress, I encountered the same issue this morning and was instructed to speak to a representative. I kindly request for a representative to contact me to address the current problem. After waiting seven months for my claim to be processed from last March, I just received three checks, and this would have been the fourth. Now, it seems like we're back to square one. I'm very disappointed with the service provided by WISH. I made an order on November 5 and received a PayPal confirmation for $40.95. However, I later got a message saying the order couldn't be tracked. It's frustrating that it's so difficult to speak to someone about this issue. I have been trying to contact a customer service representative at “INH” (Insert Name Here) hair, a stylish mid-range wig, ponytail, and extension company based in LA. Despite spending a significant amount of money, I have not received a response through their chat or text support, and I have been overcharged by over $1,[redacted] with no verbal communication to resolve this ongoing issue for more than 6 months. I am seeking assistance in obtaining the phone number for the Customer Service Manager or a similar contact. The initial service was excellent but has deteriorated significantly. Two nights ago, I noticed over $[redacted] in unauthorized orders on my bank account from O wish.com. I have never made any purchases from wish.com before, and I did not receive any order confirmation. The bank recognized it as fraud, but the charges are still pending. I hope they will be removed soon because that money was allocated for something else. I tried calling wish.com, but the number is not working, and I have also sent multiple emails without any response. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Last week, my Facebook account got hacked. The hacker changed my password and email, then cleared out my bank account linked to my business page. I followed Facebook's recovery prompts after realizing the breach, but when trying to log back in, I faced a two-factor authentication I didn't set up and couldn't bypass without a code. Despite sending messages and filling out forms, I didn't receive any assistance. Now, my account is gone, along with the link to my business page. I'm hopeful to regain access to my account, but most importantly, I need to reclaim my business page. If account recovery is not possible, I'd like to connect the page to a new account. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I recently placed an order on Wish for a pair of shoes and some Christmas masks. I updated my address because I had moved, and all the payment details went through seamlessly. However, when I received the receipt, it still showed my old address, even though I made sure to change it. I got a confirmation email stating my address was updated, but the old one still shows on the documents. The expected delivery date is December 7th, [redacted]. I tried to contact them via phone but found out they only accept messages through Facebook. I have attempted to reach out multiple times with no success. I would appreciate any help. Thank you. I received a product from JJD Vending LLC that was a return and was missing a part. The packaging was damaged when it arrived. I don't believe I should have to pack it back up to return it for a refund. I believe I should be able to return it to a Walmart store since this issue was not my fault. The supplier should handle the return through the store. This is disappointing as I needed it for a December 10th event.

Please ensure that I am not enrolled in a subscription service, and if by any chance I was, kindly cancel it immediately. Please do not charge me for a full subscription, as I did not receive any assistance from your service for the second time. I made purchases on WISH using my "wirecard" MasterCard. Despite being notified that my packages were delivered on Dec 07, they were not received. Tracking the USPS history revealed that the orders traveled from China to the master Post Office in my state, Little Rock, Arkansas, but were not delivered due to missing address information, even though the correct details were provided when ordering. The packages were then returned to the sender. I am struggling to contact anyone or receive support from WISH. All I am seeking now is a refund of $98.00 to my card. Thank you.

I ran into an issue with PayPal and mistakenly posted about it without stating how I wanted it resolved. Subsequently, I tried providing feedback to Gethuman about their unclear site navigation but kept being redirected to PayPal. My request to Gethuman is to minimize advertisements and enhance the overall site navigation for better user experience.

I have placed multiple orders, but I am most concerned about my shower set for my bathroom. I have never experienced any issues with my deliveries before. I work long hours from 11 am to 11 pm, and typically the items are left on my porch. I am unsure if the delivery was made and someone else took it. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter by providing me with a tracking number or issuing a refund to my card. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have to pursue legal action to recover my funds.

I purchased six rings from Wish, and FedEx left my package outside my building where it was stolen. Unfortunately, Wish is refusing to refund me or send a replacement. As a first-time customer who has spent a lot of money with them, I am frustrated. I have received some of my packages, but the one in question supposedly delivered by FedEx on the first only had four items instead of five. I am eager to receive my missing package and believe that someone should be held accountable for this situation.
