I accidentally bought two gaming chairs as a Christmas gift from your website on Wish. I only meant to buy one, but both purchases went through. I reached out to your customer support team, but they weren't very helpful. They mentioned canceling the extra chair, but I'm unsure if I'll get my money back for it. Can you confirm if I will still receive the gaming chair I want and a refund for the accidental second purchase? I'm hoping to buy just one chair for $25. I need help with a payment issue for an outstanding balance of $4.07 on my debit card with PaduachBank. The card number they have on file isn't working when I try to pay. Regarding my order, I haven't received a blue sapphire cross that was due around December 12, [redacted]. Additionally, I received a ring in the wrong size (size 7 instead of size 10) with a missing stone. How can I return it for the right size with the stone intact? Overall, I'm pleased with my orders. I placed an order for 4 pipe bench clamps on December 1st with an expected delivery date on December 22nd. However, on December 16th, I received a package from the same company, but it contained 4 Carpenter clamps instead. The tracking number indicates that the package I received was the correct one, which is causing confusion. I contacted the company to explain the mix-up, but they are having trouble grasping the issue. They are suggesting that I check with neighbors or the courier for any misplaced items. This situation is causing me stress, and I am unsure how to proceed.

I am experiencing an issue with four orders that your system indicates as delivered, but I have not received them. I followed the instructions on the order history page to wait five days, but the items have still not arrived. Regrettably, I incurred a loss on a pair of pants that were never delivered, and I am hesitant to face the same situation with these four items. Additionally, there is an outstanding balance of $43 and some change. I have informed you via email that my bank account was compromised, and I am currently awaiting a new card. I was directed to an email address that requires a $5 refundable fee, but as I do not have access to a debit card at the moment due to the aforementioned situation, I am unable to proceed. I urgently need to speak with a representative regarding these matters.

I am experiencing an issue with my handbag delivery. It appears that I accidentally marked the item as delivered in mid-November, although I have not received it. The package was supposed to be sent to an address at a closed pub where I normally receive my parcels. Due to the lockdown, I have not been able to access the location. Is it possible for you to provide my contact information to the delivery driver so they can reach out when they arrive, and I can pick up the package, or could you kindly direct me to the store where I can retrieve it? I'm Victoria Washington. On December 4th, I purchased men's clothing from Wish, including USA jeans and a sweat suit. I tracked my order and it showed it was shipped to FedEx. I contacted FedEx on December 21st, and they informed me that they have the labels but not the packages. I am concerned about why my packages did not make it to FedEx along with the labels. Can someone assist me with this issue?

Hello. I'm having trouble removing details from AnyWho.com. I noticed that Intellius might be involved, but they deny it. I need to delete information. It was supposed to be unlisted from the start – my deceased parents, husband, and I. I can't find the button to remove me anywhere. I'm not good with technology, so they'll have to help. It's frustrating to be on so many sites. How did this happen?

I was informed that a combined parcel was delivered, but I have not received it yet. Although I did receive small parcels, the larger ones seem to go missing. I couldn't find any delivery card behind my door or in the garden. I am quite upset and disappointed, especially as these packages were intended as Christmas presents. Due to a recent phone theft, I had to switch to an old phone where I attempted to download the TextNow app. I encountered an issue where the app prompted me to create a new number, however, I need my old number linked to my account. This number is crucial as it is where I receive important calls, such as unemployment benefits, stimulus updates, job information, and communications from the Texas Workforce Commission and my attorneys. All my contacts are stored on this TextNow app associated with my old number. I kindly request assistance in restoring my TextNow account with my original phone number and login details. I purchased a sweater that was delayed in delivery. Despite contacting customer support on Dec.14th, [redacted], they only offered a refund rather than resolving the delivery issue. The support agent mistakenly noted that if the order arrived, it would be free, which was not the case. I have yet to receive the refund of $29.00 and the company keeps making excuses for the delay, stating it will take another 2-3 weeks. Refunding money to a bank account should not take this long. I am frustrated by the prolonged wait and the lack of transparency from the company regarding my refund. This situation needs to be addressed promptly.

I recently purchased a Galaxy Note 30 Ultra phone for what was supposed to be $36. However, when I proceeded with the purchase, it ended up costing $71.20 plus tax, making it a total of $75.89. Additionally, it was advertised that if ordered by a specific time, I could receive the item by January 21st. Unfortunately, the delivery is now scheduled between February 5th and the 23rd. This discrepancy in price and delivery time is frustrating, as it has happened to me multiple times. Another phone I ordered was supposed to arrive by January 27th, but upon checking my recent orders, I found out it was canceled without my knowledge. I have yet to receive a refund for that. Given my age and health condition, having a working phone is essential. I have been a loyal customer of Wish, but these inconsistencies are becoming too frequent. I am also disappointed with the lack of effective customer support options available. Please investigate these issues and provide a resolution.

I used Get Human to reach out to Indigo regarding my stimulus check, but the process has been frustrating. After being put on hold for what was supposed to be 20 minutes, the timer was reset, and it's now been 47 minutes on hold. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and frustrated that Get Human has not been able to connect me to a representative at Indigo within the promised time frame. I hope Get Human can fulfill their commitment and get me in touch with an Indigo representative promptly.

On Halloween, my garage was broken into while I was at a kids' party. As soon as I discovered the theft, I called the police, filed a report, and reached out to my rental insurance, with whom I had confirmed coverage a couple of months prior because of a previous break-in. Despite being assured verbally that specific items were covered, I encountered obstacles when filing my claim. I was unexpectedly asked for receipts and faced a $[redacted] deductible that had not been disclosed earlier. Moreover, I was surprised to learn that one of the items was not covered as promised, and the pricing for replacement items seemed unreasonable. Ultimately, I found myself just under the deductible, unable to fully replace my stolen belongings. Particularly, my electric ego cycle/XL, valued at $[redacted], posed the most significant challenge as it was essential for my errands. I lacked local options in WA and had limited proof of ownership besides a couple of pictures featuring me with the bike.

I purchased a music watch that was never delivered, I disputed it but my refund was denied. Now, I ordered a two-piece outfit for $22, but only received the top. The website now says I can only get the pants if I pay another $22, which is misleading. Also, I never received the music note earrings I paid for, even though the website claims they were delivered. I'm frustrated with the false advertising and lack of delivery of items I paid for. This is the third time I've had issues with Wish, and I will not be buying from them again. I do not want to receive any more emails prompting me to buy. I am tired of being deceived and stolen from. I want the Better Business Bureau to take action against Wish for their dishonest practices. It's frustrating that their customer service is only automated with no human contact available.

I recently made a purchase from WISH, but due to confusion on their website, I accidentally bought clothes only suitable for children. The items are poor quality and do not fit me. This mistake has left me without enough money for rent and food. I am on a tight budget and desperately need a full refund from WISH. I believe they are engaging in false advertising and taking advantage of consumers. I have tried contacting them through online chat but received no response. I have encountered several issues with my orders dating back to September. Firstly, I am consistently not receiving the correct refunds for canceled orders. Secondly, while I understand the online system, some problems require personal assistance. I have outstanding back orders from as far back as November, including items I have been charged for but not received, as well as an order from December that was marked as delivered but not received. I have also received incorrect and duplicate items despite reporting the errors. There have been instances where orders were processed without my final confirmation, resulting in unwanted items and pricing discrepancies. I have compiled a detailed spreadsheet outlining these problems and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss them with a customer service representative. I value my relationship with WISH but resolving these issues has become a significant burden. I await a prompt resolution. Thank you.

For those who have lost or found pets in Las Vegas and surrounding areas: If you have found a pet, take it to any vet for a complimentary scan. If the pet has a microchip, the owner will be contacted. If you have lost a pet, contact all shelters and speak to the person in charge. If needed, visit each area within the shelters. It's possible your pet is there even if initially told otherwise. Due to COVID-19, shelter hours and rules for visitation may have changed, so verify with each shelter before going. I am experiencing issues with my CDRW drive on Windows 10. When a blank disc is inserted, the drive is not recognized, preventing me from burning discs. I reached out to a technician who suggested a command prompt fix, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem. After restarting, I lost contact with the technician and have been unsuccessful in reaching another one. The drive is visible in "this PC," indicating it may need formatting as it currently shows as RAW. I am unable to format it as there is no option in the dropdown menu. I have already paid for a week of service with ID I-DTVXTGCBLB7M but have been unable to get assistance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing a serious issue with Wish. I placed an order in November [redacted], and despite being promised delivery by January 27, [redacted], the information disappeared. Despite reaching out to [redacted] people for assistance, including the Wish consultants, no one has been able to help me locate my order. I provided all required details like order number and checked my email as advised, but found no relevant information after November 27. Despite my efforts, the support team has been unable to track down my order for a Samsung Note 21U and a wig. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I requested a refund, providing ample proof of purchase and identity, including my son's Standard Bank card details used for payment. I am hesitant to trust Wish any longer after 64 days of no resolution. It seems suspicious that so many individuals have failed to assist, considering the details provided such as my ID number and shipping address. At this point, I simply seek a refund.

I am experiencing difficulties with IG Home's homepage. Initially, I am prompted to personalize the page upon logging in, but when I enter my credentials, they are not accepted. After attempting to reset my password, I am supposed to receive a code via email from IG Home, but I never receive this email. I have been unable to locate a customer service number on their site to address this issue. I have also searched for a contact number on your site without success. I am unsure if IG Home is associated with Google or if I should contact my IP provider, GoDaddy, for assistance.
