I have been trying to reach out to Alexandra Wilhelm since January 18, [redacted], regarding my PT approval. Despite numerous attempts, I missed her call on January 25th and when she finally called back on January 29th, she displayed extremely rude behavior. Alexandra was very disrespectful and unhelpful on the phone, demanding medical records that I had already sent via the provided prepaid envelope. She insisted on faxing the documents, even though there was no fax number provided in the correspondence. Her lack of customer service skills and hostile attitude made me question Gallagher Bassett’s approach to handling customers. I am in need of PT for my back pain, and her uncooperative demeanor is hindering my treatment process. It is disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism from someone in charge of handling claims. Gallagher Bassett should prioritize helping customers access necessary treatment rather than adding unnecessary stress to their already challenging situation.

I haven't received any updates on my IME results post my appointment on March 13th with claim adjuster Adison Covey. Despite being informed by the doctor that the results would be available in about 3 weeks, I have not heard back from Mr. Covey despite leaving several voicemails. My benefits were ceased nearly three months ago, and although I declined a 'light duty' offer from my employer based on medical advice, it seems this decision was not factored in. Since then, I haven't received any communication regarding the potential reinstatement of my case or the IME outcomes. I feel there has been a significant lack of consideration for my surgical recovery and well-being. I hope for better communication and understanding from Gallagher Basset moving forward.

I'm a customer of First Community Bank in Batesville Arkansas. One of your drivers with ACE Hardware hit and damaged our car wash property at [redacted] W Beebe Capps, Searcy AR [redacted]. Tracy Freeman called on March 15 to offer help, but we've been unable to reach her since. We've left messages but haven't received any callbacks. We also tried other numbers provided, but no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated.

My name is Victoria Jennings. I had an accident on 2/16/19, and my claim number is [redacted]69-WC 01 ([redacted]-9). I was cleared to return to work with no restrictions and scheduled a follow-up doctor's appointment for 6/28/19. After contacting my job at ATC Healthcare Services and speaking to Amma, I was told she needed to check before putting me back on the schedule. When I didn't hear back, I reached out to my adjuster who confirmed my release status and arranged a payment. Despite this, when I called ATC, Amma claimed she hadn't received the release paperwork. I am concerned about my missing payments and would like to resolve this matter promptly.

I am having trouble setting up direct deposit. When I reach the payment section, it tells me to agree to a non-existent agreement before proceeding. I am unable to move forward and appear to be stuck on this page. Even after watching the instructional video, I cannot find any explanation for this issue. It seems like a well-kept secret with no clear solution provided. I have tried looking for explanations under "forms," but since I did not log in, I cannot access that section. I had an incident at the Costco carwash in Poway, CA on 10/4/19. After completing the form, I was informed that Gallagher Bassett would handle the claim for the damage caused by a malfunction. Taylor Villegas from Gallagher Bassett left a message on my home phone on Monday, but despite my multiple attempts to reach her, she has not returned my calls. On September 25, [redacted], a Norfolk city recycling truck hit my parked car. Despite only cosmetic damage, Gallagher Bassett, the truck's insurance, declared it a total loss as repairs exceed the car's value. Can I obtain a salvage title to drive it on public roads? I have been struggling with this company for over a month and have encountered numerous problems. This level of disrespect and lack of resolution is unacceptable. I am shocked by the treatment I have received and urgently need a someone from the company to reach out to me to address these issues. It is disappointing to experience such poor service from a company with a strong online presence. The lack of urgency and false information provided by the "adjuster" have only added to my frustration. Despite escalating my concerns, I have been met with a condescending attitude. I am currently seeking assistance with resolving a medical bill payment. After contacting customer service, it was communicated that only the adjuster can address this matter. Despite numerous attempts to reach the adjuster directly and through their supervisor, I have not received a response. Customer service mentioned they will send the adjuster a reminder but 24 hours have passed with no contact. When I expressed my frustration to customer service about the lack of follow-up, they declined to provide me with the supervisor or branch manager's contact information. Each time I call, I have to repeat all the claim details, identify the adjuster, and request another reminder to be sent. This process has been consistently ineffective. The lack of true customer service in this situation is quite ironic. If there is a way to directly reach the adjuster, it would restore my faith in the process.
