I would like to share my experience working for ASC Retail as a merchandiser, specifically regarding the Area Supervisor, LaVonna Johnson. She has been unprofessional and failed to provide clear instructions on tasks related to the Gaiam department at Kohl’s store in Riverbank, CA. Despite my hard work in cleaning, organizing, and stocking the department, she has refused to pay me for the hours worked. Additionally, Ms. Johnson has misinterpreted my words to portray me negatively and even falsely implied that I wanted to resign. I believe this behavior reflects poorly on ASC Retail and affects the relationship with retailers like Kohl’s. I have tried to escalate this issue to higher management without success. I urge the company to address this harassing conduct promptly. Thank you, Michele D.
