The issue in GetHuman-dcol's own words
I have been with GEICO ** years, I had an accident on ********** and my husband contacted GEICO to let you know that I had been in an accident. No, the accident was not my fault and an ** wheeler hit me from the back. When I contacted you all about a rental I was informed that since it was not my fault, I needed to get in contact with the other person's insurance company. The other person's insurance company was not assisting me and I let the rep know, however, I was again told that I needed to follow up with that person's insurance company. In the end, I never got a rental, you sent me a letter about fraud when we asked about the injury to my wrist and back. Again no assistant from you all. Lastly, a rock hit my windshield and I called and I was informed that you all don't even pay for broken windows. The only thing that GEICO has done for me in ** years is going up on my policy. I ask you, what do I need you for. You are never there when I needed you. I am in the process of seeking another company and if it is more money, I don't care, in ** years I deserve better.
