Someone was to get back to us at either **********, **********, ********** to order, pay via CC, and schedule for the installation of the air conditioner, as we discussed but couldn't pay for it cause the persons who process cc's left for the day. The person ( women ) who finally helped us, researched, discounted, after so many hours and run around guaranteed she would call us today and wrap this up. Only because it's * PM ET am I calling to check into it while I still have hope she will follow up and contact my wife or me at any of the above. Finally, I'm ** minutes on hold so far for an agent after being transferred. I cant tie my phones up this long again. Joe Scotti -
