Hi, about two years ago we bought a new GE microwave kitchen range and dishwasher. Well we’ve always been very big GE fans, we are currently very disappointed with our dishwasher which was beautiful but suddenly stopped working. We are not sure what to do. It just stopped in the middle of a cycle. When we called customer service, they were not very helpful they explained that it would cost $*** for diagnosis, $***. Per hr labor plus the cost of parts that was it. My father worked at GE for ** years and we have always supported GE by purchasing your products and we have never experienced anything like this. Please help!
