I have an extensive repair history with a clothes washer. The repair contract runs out shortly and it has never been repaired. GE has not allowed for the company to put in a more powerful pump or backwash regulator so for years the clothes have taken hours to rinse. We are too old to be going to the basement *-* -* times to check on the machine. We called here before and was told that it’s the repair company’s problem but it’s GE that does not have the proper pump or fix for the repair company. We want out from this. We want a washer that has the proper pump to remove all the water and not allow for water that does not get pumped all the way thru to come back thru the hose into the machine and keep the close wet. It appears that your repair center are not capable to see the need that the contracted people that we paid for through your distributor has described to you. They have been talented repairmen but you have tied their hands from fixing this problem all these years and we are sick of it. Just sick. I don’t want it you to fix it. We have suffered this many years and at this point we want reparations and penalties for your total disregard of the fault of your product and your ignorance people’s suffering. I have the repair record. Please do not make us jump through too many hoops here in order for us to get a machine that works right.
