Help with my GE Consumer Relations issue

I was trying to have the washer replaced ... I have been having problems with my GE Washer:*GE* ENERGY STAR* *.* DOE Cu. Ft. Capacity Frontload Washer with steam*Model: GFW***SSKWW*Serial: LH******T*Install Date: ************The first time the washer was did not operate was on June **, ****. After contacting GE Service (I think it was on June **, ****), on June **, ****, Aloha Appliance & Ref., LLC came to check out the washer. He drained the water from the base of the washer. He tried to check for any error codes but could not find any error codes so he disconnected and reconnected the washer power cord. He started the washer without any laundry and it completed the entire wash cycle okay. We used the washer until July **, **** where the washer did not complete the wash cycle and the washer was stopped and was off. When we tried to open the washer door, it was locked. This was the same inoperative condition as on June **, ****. I contacted GE Service and told them this is the same issue as on June **, ****. They contacted the local GE Tech, Aloha Appliance & Ref., LLC again. The following is the timeline of Aloha Appliance & Ref., LLC’s repair dates for the second time the washer did not operate:***.*July **, ****, Aloha Appliance & Ref., LLC came to check the washer. After about * hour, they decided to replace the main control board and inverter board. The boards had to be ordered.***.*July **, ****, Aloha Appliance & Ref., LLC came and replaced the main control board and inverter board. The washer still did not work. He called the GE Technical Representative and spoke over the phone. The GE Technical Representative recommended to replace the door switch.***.*July **, ****, Aloha Appliance & Ref., LLC came and replaced the door switch. The washer still did not work.***.*August *, ****, Aloha Appliance & Ref., LLC came and called the GE Technical Representative and explained the problem. After much discussion, the GE Technical Representative recommended replacing the main control board and inverter board and door switch again, and, also recommended replacing the complete wiring harness to the washer. Aloha Appliance & Ref., LLC does not know how long it will take to receive all the parts, and he also does not know how long it will take to re-wire the washer with the new wiring harness. He recommended we contact GE Consumer Relations to see if we can replace the washer with a new washer.
They want to replace * circuit boards, the door switch, and the entire wiring system, and they have no idea if it will fix the problem.
I want to have the washer replaced
