The issue in GetHuman-hbourge's own words
My GE Mongram Range was installed a few months and the griddle never worked. I called for service and the tech first came out the week of June **th. Said the Thermostat was bad and needed to order a new part. New appt date was set for July *th (I think) and the tech arrived but left because my youngest answered the door and the tech told him a parent had to be home. My ** year old son was home! I called within * minutes of them leaving but they would not come back. Then was told the next available appt was July **th. The tech was a no show on this day and no one called me either. I called and rescheduled again for July **rd. I was home when they arrived but had to leave for work. I left it in in the hands of my ** year old son again and I let the tech know that. They completed the job and left without updating my son or calling me. The griddle is not fixed. In fact, it is worse! Before it would heat but only get warm. Now it does not heat at all (stays ice cold). **I want my range fixed or replaced. **Haley
