I purchased a GNS**GSHBFSS, French door fridge, along with all my other GE kitchen appliances no more than * years ago. This morning my wife opened the fridge and the door handle snapped off. The internal plastic parts all snapped and cracked. When I looked for replacement parts, I noticed that a lot of customers complained about the same issue happening. I purchased a lot of GE appliances, which should be in my account as I did a rebate program with GE when I purchased all these, and request for a replacement handle to be sent to me, part number WR*ZX******.
I trust that GE Consumer Relations will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
