On Oct *, **** I contacted Frontier communications, and directed that my account be removed from vacation hold. At that time I was informed that a major promotion (a $**.** dollar per month discount on Prime HD) was incorrectly removed from my account when it was placed on vacation hold in June. They also informed me they could not reinstate the discount while they were removing the vacation hold and I would have to call back and ask that the discount be reinstated. I called back several days later and requested that, and you should have a record of that call.*On ******** I received e-mail notice that an automatic payment had been scheduled from my credit card for an amount not closely resembling my contracted rate. I was informed a credit would be isuued but the scheduled payment would be withdrawn for the amount indicated in the e-mail. the reason for you taking more money from me than the contracted amount appears to be your ongoing inability to get me the appropriate discounts to get me back to the contracted rate. Then your "customer service" employee informed me that in may take * billing cycles to get this resolved and I should be checking your billing to make sure you meet your contractual obligations.*CONSIDER THIS WRITTEN NOTICE THAT YOU ARE IN BREACH OF THE TERMS OF OUR CONTRACT ON THIS DATE **********, AND BY CONTRACT HAVE ** DAYS TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. *I further request that you e-mail me at the address below before the ** days expire. my remedy will be to terminate the service which is the only option given to your customers.*additional information:*acct: ***-***-*****Richard G.
