To whom this may concern,*I am writing this email as a very frustrated person trying to get wi-fi service to my new home in Yucaipa Ca. After * technician visits and a *th no show I finally canceled , when in fact I really wanted your services.*I don't live there full time yet so driving ** miles to meet a tech and then not getting the truth from them just is not right and I don't know how their supervisor wasn't involved at that point. The last tech I spoke to was Michael and he finally found the telephone box but said he couldn't get to it because he was too big to crawl under my mobile home.
