My internet service is constantly disconnecting. Each time it does, I reboot the router, and this solves the problem for an hour or two. Since rebooting the router seems to temporarily solve the problem, it seems likely the problem is with the router* modem.**The router*modem was supplied by Frontier. It is a Netgear Model D***D-*FRNAS.**Over a month ago, I called Frontier support about this problem. After waiting on hold for fifty minutes, I was connected*to a technician. After thirty minutes of running tests, she informed me that she was going to have some other tech people look at the problem and see if they could resolve it remotely. She said they would call back the next day. I'm sure you employ very talented people, but I doubt if any of them can fix a defective modem remotely. In any case, no one ever called back.**I need a new modem. Please see what you can do.**Kevin Corrigan
