We just booked a flight last night and we were trying to use vouchers that we were given from our last trip and they would not work when we went to enter them in the system while purchasing our trip. After they would not work we noticed on the paper vouchers that we printed that it said you have to book a trip with in ** days of getting the vouchers, but the customer service rep that gave us those vouchers never mentioned that to us. He just said here are some vouchers for your next trip. Is there anyway we can get authorization or have someone override this to use these as we were never told about purchasing w*in ** days? I would greatly appreciate any help with this matter.
