I reached out to Frigidaire customer service at [redacted] about 2.5 weeks ago regarding a service request for my microwave that was installed by the builder. The microwave's serial number is KG[redacted]1 and a work order was sent to Fuller's Appliances. A technician visited on Monday, 02/28/22, identified the need for two parts, but Fuller's informed me today that the parts are not available. I was advised to contact Frigidaire at [redacted] for a replacement microwave. Despite multiple attempts to reach these numbers, each call led to transfers and unhelpful responses. The system seems disorganized as only my refrigerator and dishwasher are currently listed in my account. It appears that my microwave was removed from the account after Fuller's reported the parts unavailability. I am requesting a replacement built-in microwave equal to or better than the original model FFM01611LS. Please get in touch with me promptly to arrange the delivery and installation of the new microwave.

I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator model #FGSC2335TFB over a year ago, and unfortunately, the door shelves started cracking after only three months. Despite attempting repairs, all three shelves have now cracked and are breaking off. It seems like the shelves are slightly small and made of fragile plastic. I am seeking Frigidaire to send replacements for the three door trays (one large and two small) to my address at 9 Mountain Lodge Ln, MV, CA [redacted]. My experience with customer service was disappointing. The representative I spoke with had a strong accent, was in a noisy environment, and was unhelpful and impolite. She refused to provide information on replacement cost and abruptly ended the call. When I reached out to Pearl via text, I was directed to a repair person unnecessarily. I simply require the replacement parts, not a repair. This has hindered my ability to resolve the issue promptly. Frigidaire's customer service process needs improvement. K. Cahn for D. B. I purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes in June. Since then, I've encountered numerous issues. Initially, the ice maker wasn't working, and I noticed the refrigerator motor running continuously. Subsequently, food in the refrigerator section started freezing. Despite contacting customer service, the repairman didn't connect the new ice maker to the water hose, leading to a kitchen flood. Due to their busy schedule, they couldn't return promptly, but after some push, they came back to complete the installation. During the inspection for the freezing issue, the repairman found a hole between the freezer and refrigerator, lacking proper insulation. He suggested using silicone caulk, which goes against the warranty requiring Frigidaire parts. He mentioned ordering a new thermostat back in October [redacted], which has yet to materialize. I reached out to the CEO of Frigidaire, Jonas Sandelson, three months ago without any response. With the refrigerator still under the original and extended warranty, I believe Frigidaire should replace the unit due to its recurring faults affecting food storage.

I recently bought a Frigidaire cooktop for our kitchen and also purchased a 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, when we tried to use the front right burner, it got extremely hot, turned orange, and then cracked inside. We took it back to Home Depot, but they advised us to contact the manufacturer, Frigidaire. After contacting Frigidaire, they sent someone to assess the appliance, which they deemed needed replacement. However, a week and a half later, we haven't heard back for a replacement. Home Depot and the manufacturer have not been helpful, with long wait times on the phone and unhelpful customer service representatives. The process has been frustrating as we have been dealing with a defective appliance for almost 3 weeks without resolution. All we want now is a refund as we have lost faith in both companies involved in this issue.

On April 20th, a repair technician visited our home and informed us that a part needed to be ordered for our dishwasher. We followed up and scheduled the repair for May 2nd. Unfortunately, there was a delay and the technician, Josh, rescheduled for May 3rd. However, Josh did not call or show up as promised despite multiple attempts to reach out to him and the company. The lack of communication and no-shows have been frustrating. When I tried to request another technician, I was informed that we had to stick with the current service provider. This experience has left me uncertain about the quality of the repair for my dishwasher, unlike the excellent service we received for our refrigerator.

I recently bought a Frigidaire dishwasher, Model FFCD2418US SS, and did not receive the Cabinet Seal Kit that should have come with it. After a frustrating phone call with a warranty representative who was unhelpful, I tried reaching the warranty department again but got stuck in the phone tree. I was directed to use the chat function, which was also not functioning properly. I just want the missing part without going through all these hoops. Since the initial installation, I have experienced ongoing issues with the door open code on the front panel. After contacting Rice's Appliance, an appointment was initially set for 05/05, but I was not informed when it was canceled. When I followed up due to no technician arriving, I was informed of the cancellation, which I wouldn't have known without calling. A technician eventually came, spent time diagnosing the problem, and mentioned needing to order parts, setting a follow-up for 05/23. Upon receiving two boxes of parts unexpectedly, I contacted the company to confirm the scheduled appointment, only to find out it had been canceled without notification once again. Despite receiving appointment reminders, each time I inquired, I was informed of another cancellation without a clear explanation. The customer service experience was confusing, with transfers and unexplained cancellations leaving me unsatisfied with the handling of this situation.

I have been in touch multiple times regarding my Frigidaire Fridge purchased in September [redacted] with a 3-year warranty. On 5/17/22, Melo provided me with ref #[redacted]4 and mentioned the option of a new appliance if not satisfied with repairs. The repairman visited on June 1, [redacted], diagnosing issues with the heat defroster and thermostat, necessitating part orders. On June 9, he informed me of part #[redacted]20 on backorder. After contacting Mel on 6/10/22 at 9:23 am, I was informed nothing could be done about the delay. I expressed my frustration due to the fridge's importance at our community center for events. Despite the repairman's excellent service, the manufacturer's lack of responsiveness is disappointing. I reiterated my dissatisfaction with Beth, highlighting my inconveniences. I believe a replacement is necessary for this barely year-old fridge, as it seems faulty.

In January, my family purchased a double wide refrigerator. By February, the fridge started showing high temperatures and losing freon. We've had a technician visit 7 times since then, with the latest one in May stating it was unrepairable. We contacted Electrolux for a replacement, and despite receiving a new fridge, it arrived damaged. We're frustrated by the delays and lack of assistance. I purchased a refrigerator less than a year ago, and it's not making ice correctly. I arranged for a technician to fix it, but they didn't show up - no call or explanation. After several failed attempts and re-scheduling, the technician finally visited, but seemed annoyed. Initially, he wanted to replace the ice maker but later diagnosed it as low on refrigerant, mentioning the need for a compressor replacement instead of fixing the leak. As a seasoned refrigeration professional, this seemed unusual to me. Now, the fridge is making a loud noise when the water valve opens, disturbing the entire house. I recently received a 13,[redacted] BTU Frigidaire GHPC132AB1 Portable Air Conditioner from Amazon, but encountered an issue with the width of my windows not accommodating the vent plate, which is 26.6” long while my windows are only 15” wide. I’m seeking advice on potential adapter plates or DIY solutions that could resolve this problem without voiding the warranty on the unit. I’m hoping to avoid the inconvenience of having to return the air conditioner due to packaging challenges.

I received the freezer in June [redacted], and since then, in August [redacted], it hasn't stopped running when the set temperature is reached. It just keeps going. The service technician has visited twice, and while they did their best, the issue persists. Now, I have to contact customer service once more, possibly talking to someone outside the country. I've already provided all the necessary information twice for them to come out, and now they are asking for the model number. Although they can access my order on their system, they insist on needing that detail to proceed. Looks like I'll have to go through this process again come Monday. Once this is resolved, I will definitely steer clear of Frigidaire in the future.

I recently purchased a Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator model FFTR2045VB. I have noticed an issue with the design of both the freezer and refrigerator doors. They tend to hang open several inches from the closed position, requiring extra force to fully close them due to a built-in "feature" in the hinges. This design flaw can be problematic, especially in households with children who may struggle to close the door securely. I am requesting that Frigidaire replace the current hinges with traditional ones that do not have this issue, as I am unable to make this change myself without voiding the warranty. I believe this adjustment would greatly improve the functionality and convenience of the refrigerator.

Since having my French door refrigerator delivered, it seems to be running constantly and freezing liquids like milk, orange juice, yogurt, and iced tea. Frigidaire suggested that items were too close to the ice maker and the temperature was incorrectly set. Despite a technician adjusting the temperature and installing a sleeve over the ice maker, the issue persists. After a follow-up call, the technician consulted with their department and further adjusted the settings. However, even after these steps, the problem lingers. It's frustrating to have a new refrigerator and still not be able to store items near the ice maker without them freezing.

I purchased a refrigerator 4 months ago, and recently the freezer temperature rose above freezing. After calling for service, I was initially told that no one was available to service Frigidaire warranties. Despite living near St. Louis, I was informed there were no service providers in my area. Frustrated, I located a nearby service provider myself, but when I provided the information to Frigidaire, no work order was sent. This experience is disappointing, especially considering I had successfully used Frigidaire's service in the past for a different issue. I purchased a Frigidaire chest cooler on March 14, [redacted], from PC Richards in Yonkers, NY (Store Number 46). The model is FFCSO522AW, and the serial number is AA[redacted]4. I also got an extended warranty. Unfortunately, the cooler stopped working in August, and the store refunded my money since the model was discontinued. I lost over $[redacted] worth of food but the warranty does not cover this. I contacted Frigidaire, and their employee "Ty" confirmed they do not compensate for food loss. I also purchased a replacement freezer and provided that receipt as well. Despite assurances of a refund within 7-15 business days, I have not yet received any payment. I bought a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator two years ago and purchased an extended warranty for $[redacted].84. We're currently experiencing issues with the thermostat, and my husband reached out yesterday about it. He was transferred three times before speaking with a very rude individual who claimed we didn't have an extended warranty due to the appliance not being registered. However, they acknowledged when we made the purchase and mentioned a pro-rated refund. We are puzzled as to how they had our money without an extended warranty. We prefer a full refund since they held onto our payment for two years. Despite receiving notification about a contract transfer, we were told we didn't have coverage. After further attempts and rude responses, I was finally redirected to Rosie, who informed me that the order couldn't be canceled but assured me of a refund upon return. The handling of the situation was frustrating, especially Leccia's attitude. It was a simple issue that escalated due to misinformation and poor communication. I hope for improvement in customer service going forward.
