Hello, I purchased a water filter for my fridge on 8/18/20. The delivery, which was supposed to take 7-10 business days, arrived today, 9/3/20, making it late. There was no prior notification of the delay, which was disappointing. Upon receiving the water filter today, I discovered it was broken. I promptly picked it up after the mail carrier dropped it off, so no mishandling on my end. However, the box was visibly damaged. I am requesting a replacement filter urgently and would prefer it to be either free of charge or offered at a significant discount. I would appreciate it if the new filter could be delivered promptly. My experience ordering from Frigidaire has been quite unpleasant. Last week (8/25/20), I reached out to customer service for an update, only to be informed that they couldn't locate my order. It has been a frustrating process. I recently bought a Frigidaire from Lowe's. After merely 3 weeks, it stopped cooling, and I lost all my food. Despite trying to submit a claim, I was informed that your company doesn't cover food losses. The product failure has left me very disappointed. Food costs are high, and this experience felt like a waste of money. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this incident has made me reconsider. I have had two repair attempts by Superior Appliance Service for my refrigerator, purchased on 7/19/[redacted] from P.C. Richard store #51 in Brooklyn, NY. The repairs were on 8/12-8/26/[redacted] for the same issue. Now, a new problem has arisen, and I need proof of the previous repairs for P.C. Richard to replace the refrigerator. Superior Appliance is unresponsive, so I am unable to obtain the work order documents. To Whom It May Concern, I purchased a dishwasher (FRIGIFFID2426TS-SS, Order Number [redacted]) from Brandsmart on 11/23/19 which has stopped working. After contacting Frigidaire, a technician was sent on 10/27/20 who stated the dishwasher could not be repaired. Following up with Frigidaire, I was informed they had not heard back from the technician and advised to call again in 2 days. Repeated attempts to contact Frigidaire at 1-[redacted], using options: 1-2-zip code-1-4, only lead to an automated message directing me to the nearest appliance repair service. I urgently need to speak with a representative to determine the course of action. It is crucial to resolve this matter promptly as I have been without a dishwasher for almost a month, and the appliance is still covered under the manufacturer warranty. Hello, I bought an oven in July [redacted]. Since then, it has been shutting off while baking, the timer turns on by itself, and the oven even starts without any control input. It keeps displaying the f011 error code along with an sf code. When a repair technician, under the warranty, came to check, they claimed it was damaged by a bug in the control board. They mentioned the repair for this issue would not be covered by the warranty due to the bug. The estimate for repairs is around $[redacted] to $[redacted]. I checked the warranty terms, and there is no mention of bug-related issues not being covered. After the technician left, I found in the manual what the sf code indicates, and the oven started working again. However, the problems persist, making it impossible to bake anything reliably. The oven is not even six months old, and it has been a costly purchase. My holiday plans for cooking are now at stake. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Our refrigerator is not functioning properly. We contacted our Home Warranty, and they sent a repair company to assess it. The technician pointed out a significant rust spot at the back of the fridge, which is very thin and potentially problematic due to insufficient insulation in the back panel. I purchased a full set of Frigidaire appliances for my kitchen a few years back. Unfortunately, I have been facing repeated issues with the self-cleaning feature on my professional series slide-in range. Every time it goes through the cleaning cycle, the entire unit locks up and I'm unable to unlock it. This is the third self-cleaning oven I've owned, and I've never had this problem with other brands. I've been researching online to find a solution for this problem. I am seeking assistance regarding the replacement of my Frigidaire unit. A repair technician assessed it in early October, but the required part has been unavailable for over a month. Upon contacting Frigidaire for an update, I learned they were conducting a final parts check before resorting to unit replacement. However, two weeks have passed, and the part remains unavailable. I am having difficulty typing, so I'll keep this brief. My Frigidaire dishwasher was installed on October 27th, but the control board was faulty. Frigidaire had All Appliance replace the board twice after four service calls. However, the issue persists, and someone suggested it may be the pump. Despite installing a new pump, the problem remains. Frigidaire offered a new unit, but I declined and requested a refund. Unfortunately, Home Depot refuses to issue a refund, and now I am left dissatisfied with the situation. I am blocked from contacting Frigidaire and have tried various means to reach out without success. I do not wish to receive any more advertising emails.

I returned the Frigidaire Washer/Dryer promptly and opted for a different unit from GE instead. The reason being that Frigidaire lacked 24/7 technical service support. Unfortunately, the GE unit I purchased stopped working during its first use, making me lose confidence in Frigidaire even more! Yesterday, I received my new stackable washer dryer unit. However, I'm facing an issue with the dryer pausing to instruct me to clean the lint during the first load. I just want my clothes to dry without any interruptions!

I need to address the issue with the microwave we brought on 2/22/20. Although initially, we thought it was a nice microwave with good operation, it started malfunctioning shortly after. Randomly during cooking, it would just stop working. Despite temporarily fixing it by manually resetting it, the problem persisted until we had to buy a new microwave. It feels unfair for a microwave to fail within a few months and frustrating that we had to replace it within a year. I received a confirmation email after registering the product but decided against seeking repairs since we invested in a different brand. I believe the microwave was not up to standard. I contacted Frigidaire, but the assistance was unhelpful. I called the number from the fridge I bought 5.5 years ago. Despite being connected to troubleshooting, the lady I spoke to knew very little about refrigerators. She just provided local repairman numbers instead of troubleshooting. My fridge has been problematic for over a year and now won't cool below 41°, causing my food to spoil quickly. It's frustrating that a big company like Frigidaire can't provide basic help. I won't purchase their products again and will leave negative reviews. Besides not cooling properly, the shelves also fall out when you shut the door, making it a poor product. Troubleshooting should involve answering simple questions, not just transferring calls. The service I received was disappointing; I was polite, but the agent seemed disinterested. Troubleshooting should include addressing basic concerns effectively.

Hello, I was informed it would take 2 to 3 working days to email someone regarding my fridge warranty. After contacting them, they advised returning the fridge to Frigidaire and waiting for the process to complete. I am facing issues with a leak and inhaling freon due to a pinhole in the fridge. Waiting for paperwork before getting a replacement is difficult as my food is spoiling. I purchased the fridge only three months ago. I am disappointed with Frigidaire's handling of faulty appliances and will never purchase their products again. I intend to share this experience on Facebook to highlight their inadequate customer service for defective items.

I purchased a refrigerator from your store in January, and it arrived late with numerous issues. The constant loud rattling noise is unbearable, as it interrupts my daily activities every 2-3 hours for 15-20 minutes each time. An evaluator from your company visited on March 4th and acknowledged the multiple problems, assuring me that getting a new refrigerator shouldn't be a problem. However, despite promises of an update within 2-3 days, I never received a call. The fridge is problematic with frosting, dripping, drawers that don't function smoothly, misaligned doors, and ineffective temperature controls. In June [redacted], I bought four Gallery kitchen appliances from Wickford Appliances and had them installed in East Providence, RI. I haven't had any issues with the dealer, but there are problems with two of the appliances. The front handle of the freezer door on the fridge (model FGHB2868TF4, serial # 4A[redacted]7) broke through normal use a few weeks ago. Additionally, about 7 to 8 weeks ago, the ice-maker stopped working intermittently. It would start and stop multiple times over the following weeks. My wife frequently empties the bin due to making fresh brewed iced tea daily. The dishwasher (model FGID2479SF, serial # KH[redacted]2) has never dried the dishes effectively, even after trying different settings. These appliances are less than 2 years old, and I expect them to last longer. The stove and microwave have been working fine, but I have concerns about their longevity. I am extremely dissatisfied with Electrolux's extended service for my dryer. I have phone records to send to CEO Jonas Samuelson in Sweden. Despite making multiple calls to the office at [redacted] and 1-[redacted], they claimed I didn't even have the extended service I paid for. When I finally found the payment, they sent a service person who charged $40 to clean the vent, but the issue persists. The dryer's front screen is clear, and previously there was no mention of venting problems during servicing. The service provided was subpar and now my dryer won't work until it's "re-vented." I'm disappointed in Electrolux's customer service after being a loyal customer for years. I will be posting pictures online to show the poor service received. Unfortunately, I will no longer be purchasing Electrolux products.

I am interested in purchasing several Frigidaire kitchen appliances such as a built-in oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and a counter-depth refrigerator. While I am primarily interested in the Gallery series, I also like some features of the Professional series. Before making a purchase, I would like to physically inspect and examine the units. I am located near Houston but can easily travel to Dallas. After researching showrooms, I found that Conn's only offers online viewing and promotes LG and Samsung, which I am not interested in. Home Depot and Lowe's do not seem to carry the models I desire. Can you please recommend a location where I can view the Frigidaire appliances I am interested in?
